    Yo Lci!!

I'll ask Tony for the name of the guy he worked with. My preference for angles is 0.5° to 0.7° base and 2° side. The shallow base angle is quick to engage and the 2° side gives a nice knife edge when encountering hardpack/ice.

I made two runs on #1 then called it quits. Ink and KK turned around at Silver Plume.

Bola uses the Christy Sports half a block north of his shop, on 30th. Tony just struck up a good relationship with with the Christy Sports at Flat Irons. Both should be convenient for you. I have not found anyone in the Denver area that I would bother going back to...

  10. This would be an option? Yes my opinion is biased, but this is a great board.
  11. Shipping on the TD2's via USPS Priority, witn insurance, is $15 within the lower 48.
  12. In this thread, I am selling a 2010 173cm Coiler VSR. The board is very versatile. It will make large and small radius turns. It was built for me at 200lbs. In this thread, I am selling some Bomber TD2 step-in bindings. The current TD3 bindings is based off of this design. This is a great binding at a great price. I have a harder e-ring (spacer) that I could include. Do some research and let me know if you are interested.
  13. When I was ~13, my dad purchased a running '55 Chevy Nomad to restore, then sell to pay for my college tuition. He finished the car 15 years after I graduated, and he was a professional. Granted, after working on other people's crap all day long, most nights he did not feel like working on his own. He spent more on restoration than planned, but then again, the value of the car went up almost 400% during the 25 years that he was "working" on it. As others have said, kiss your money and free time goodbye!
  14. TD3's are sold, thanks for the interest

  16. I'm bored, so I looking at changing my quiver. FYI - I will likely respond faster if you email me. The price is listed in each ad below; you pay shipping and insurance. Yes, the board must be insured for both of our safety. I prefer payment via PayPal. Sold - <del>192cm Rad Air Tanker</del> coveted 2003 model (know to be super durable and snappy) 24.2cm waist 10.5m SCR Ridden ~30 half-days I purchased this board from Hardbooter in ~2007. It does have some light nicks on the topsheet and there are a bunch scratches in the base that have been P-Tex'd (most do not show up in the photos). This board is in good condition and can be ridden with softies or plates. The board has been ground once previously. You will likely want to have the board ground again prior to riding it (more for cosmetic purposes than for function). The edges are in good condition. The board has a thick layer of storage wax on the base. <del> Asking $250USD + shipping</del> 160cm Prior Khyber Black topsheet 25.5cm waist 8m SCR This was my wife's powder board prior to her getting a Dupraz D1 5'5". The board has been sitting, unused for ~3 seasons. Even at 5' tall, she has fun riding this beast. We bought it used off of eBay, so I don;t know the full history. It does have binding marks on the topsheet and a couple of spots that have been P-Tex'd on the base. The base of the board is not flat. There is a low spots that runs most of the length of the board. It does not affect the performance. The low spot is vaguely evident in the photos as the shiny spot that has no structure. Asking $150USD + shipping Tanker Khyber
  17. I'm bored, so I looking at changing my quiver. FYI - I will likely respond faster if you email me. The price is listed in each ad below; you pay shipping and insurance. Yes, the board must be insured for both of our safety. I prefer payment via PayPal. Coiler VSR This board has been relisted here Bruce made an oops when he engraved the length into the sidewall; he marked it as 168cm. Look at the photo compared to my 182cm Monster, the VSR is not 14cm shorter than the Monster. The board is poppy and lots of fun to ride. The VSR can make any turn shape that you can imagine. Sidewall marking is: T 168 VSR T 010DT 6.8+6. The waist is 20cm There is one spot that has been dripped with P-Tex. There is one spot on the nose where the base is wrinkled; it is forward of the effective edge and does not affect the way the board rides. The edge is not compressed at this location, so I'm not sure why the wrinkle is there... The white-ish/blue haze on the bottom is Hot Rod Race Wax. This board has never been ground. See pictures below SOLD - <del>Coiler Monster</del> - SOLD 182cm long 20cm waist Black topsheet SCR = 12m/15m Ridden ~40 half-days Sidewall engraving: T 182 M 010DT1 6.4+6 Built for me at 200lbs This is a very versatile board and rides smaller then the SCR would suggest. The topsheet does have some lift line rash, but there is no obvious damage to the Titanal layer. There are ~3 places that have been dripped. This board has never been ground. See picture below SOLD - <del>Monster - Asking $450USD + shipping</del> - SOLD VSR: Monstser:
