Monodude is definately a FREAK in such a good way. It is fun having him in the mix these days at Lovey. As for elbow dragging photos...we are still having trouble getting Don to let go of the crutches/poles. :) Don heal up the ankles so that you can ride longer. Ink

Hipskipster, Try to hook up with Mike Bowman at TSSC, http://www.tssc.org/~skiclub/node/13 Mike is the alpine coach and you can at the very least have some contacts in the carving scene in Telluride along with people to get info from. This will be very helpful to see what other riders are doing (technique) and to get feedback on your riding. Also as you have found, there is a ton of good info to be had here on BOL. red, Don't bother with the springs, just undo one shoulder bolt and slightly bend the bail out so that it provides some tension. This little trick is what most people do/did with TD1's to get the heel bail to stay up. I do it with mine. Ink

Reamus,All good here. KarverKai is on the chair and riding the bunny slope. Hopefully the big hill soon. I can't wait ta ride wich use guys. Trying to round up even more riddaz to terrorize Coppah on the 28th. Possibly Snowman and Thor also. Ink Fin, Michele - any other CO carvers who can make it out on the 28th to Coppah? This ones gonna be fun.
