Some of my old athletes would do Chris's camp after we were done for the season. They all loved it and learned a lot from the coaches. I was never able to attend. Ink

When you get off the highway (from either Vail or DIA) you will go Right to the Loveland Basin lot. If you go left you will end up at the Valley lot. Killa' day with Big Mario, PCDenver, Thor, Ace, Arneburner, Snowboardsfast, Bob, James, Jeff, Big Dave and myself. On hill but not directly riding with us were LLR, and Kathy(?) also on HBs. Carving Scrub under lift 4 was an incredible rush and such a good time. Ace, thanks for joining us as long as you could today. We'll ride again another day. MP, I have '06 SG 185 Race T that gets used most weekends for my carving tool. It gets tossed off jumps, 360'd and carved hard. SG's have a top sheet over the titanal and there are no signs of d'lam or any other types of damage. I will only be purchasing metal from now on. I was thinking new edge segment on my Tanker also, it was sticking up almost 1/4" and cracked, but upon picking it up the guy didn't replace it. He got it back down with the special tools and skills he built over many years of fixing stuff. It looks great and still rides great. Yours will be on snow soon. Ink

Big Mario has been hitting Lovey and Abasin this week and is loving the conditions. Good carving in the early week to pow later in the week and today. To answer your question above...YES Make the trip to Lovey for the LCS on March 8th. See the CO ride board for more info. Boards to demo, food, fun and a bunch of other riders to play with. Ink

Carvedog, I have a Tanker 200 that I did similar damage to. Cracked the edge, popped the edge and ptex off core, and compressed the sidewall which in turn cracked the topsheet. The board is structurally sound so I took it to a guy in Boulder who came highly recommended. I picked up the board the next day and you can hardly tell it was damaged. I rode it on groomers, it carved well and didn't do anything funny on heelsides (damage on my heelside). Now I want a deep pow day to ride it in again. Too fun to let it die like that, good luck getting it fixed. Ink
