  1. Want to have a look at the future?......... http://business.transworld.net/features/snowboard-trend-report-201617/#SYhfqeZuJdRiYfo2.97 The lower page comment is probably a lot more interesting than the TWS article....
  2. Same issue for me as well..... It's a pity not being able to see more details of that very nice board....
  3. More ! More!.....We want to know more!.........
  4. I like this one just because i did wipeout exactly the same way two years ago, though not racing. C1-C2 L5 and hip deplacement as a result...... I'm surely not as strong as JJA......
  5. You're right Bryan. I think that even with a MP28 it already could be impossible or not totally safe.
  6. Hero snow for sure, but so much fun.......
  7. Some DIY work... -DIY Catek / Voilé plate bindings, -DIY Adapters for Dynafit with BentMetal bindings center discs cut with Dremel. New holes to adapt the Catek bails to the Voilé plates and Dynafit bindings T-Nutted to the BentMetal center discs. The all thing works like a breeze for the moment...Very happy to have moved from soft splitting to hard splitting....Like day and night.....
  8. Couldn't stop shaking my head and feet while listening to this !!....Great find. Thanks.
  9. Perfect conditions and very nice arcs..... Seeing this from here in the Pyrénées, we definetly know what we are missing....... Keep having fun guys and congrats to the photographers, nice pics....
  10. Hope you'll find some help in St.Lary area.... Take care and have fun over there !
  11. Where about are you going to board? If by chance you come to the Pyrénées at Grandvalira-Andorra we could get in touch for some technical talk. I work and teach at Granvalira Ski & Snowboard school, at Pas de la Casa sector. By the way, 165 for your F2 is OK. As Neil said, better a little too soft than too stiff. If you go to another resort, have fun mate !..
  12. Totally agreewith you Slopestar. I never find better bindings for softboot carving than my Catek FR2 Pro. I already Frankensteined them a bit as they had too many little parts and so, too much risks of losing some of them. But for softboot carving, nothing better for sure... Let's hope that in a close future Jim and Angie cook us up something cool. The TD line is already, definetly a winner. By the way Ryan, cool video, nice edit!
  13. Not a lot of snow here in the Pyrénnées (some is expected the next 4 days),but we can ride... If by chance you can do so, enjoy and be safe. Carve on. Happy new year to you all.
  14. I've got a wave in my playground each end of winter... Easy to ride the tube and not even one drop on my wetsuit........
  15. On january 18th 2014, i did organize a hardbooters meeting (see picture) in Grandvalira resort (Andorra country in Pyrennées) I work there as an instructor since 1999, and did organize that meeting in collaboration with Botadura (botadura.com) a spanish importator of hardboot gear. We weren't very lucky because of the bad weather, but manage to do it. You probably can spot two OES boards on the picture, the red and black one in the hands of a russian girl (can't remember the name, sorry) and on the far end, the white one against the wall of the house. (I think this one had a reverse taper). As far as I know, I don't remember any previous contact in Andorra from OES to do some tests or gear presentation... And it doesn't really matter... It's just a pity that having the mountains so close to your factory, you couldn't become more well-known... But of course, better late than never.
  16. As the factory is in Catalunya country,Spain, do you plan to do a demo/test tour in Andorra during the 2015-16 season ?
