  1. Love the 164 also but it' not large enough at the waist. Will probably keep it in the long run. Perfect board for my local bump and really like the 27.5cm waist.
  2. Hope TJR is here. 7 years later. :P
  3. 40 here Started in 1987 or 88 can't remember on a Big Burton Safari. Went to Pierre Verot school later at Belle neige like others here and the first 10 lessons were specific about carving . The instructor was in hardboots. Can' remember the year. I didn't think it was cool very young and exchange my superb mint Safari for a Rebel freestyle. What a mistake lol. Stopped about 10 years...after marriage in the 2000's ? silly me.
  4. It's a 2017 model year. Edited...
  5. The Malamutes are very good stiff boots. Didn't try the Burton X put always had Salomon shoes and the fit is really good. The boots are like slippers so comfortable. Had a great deal for 210$ early season new. Not bad. The 29mp doesn't boot out on the soul 159xt with 33/18 angles
  6. Any fullbag will be good. Look at there lineup. I would say the Blunt diamond in this case.
  7. Looks like the enormous Malamutes in 11us or 29MP BSL=32.1cm MY2017 No wonder I boot out.
  8. CT is Walmart mating with home hardware. Brings the best of us. ;)

Was out there yesterday also. One of the most fun day of this year. The Dupraz slayed everything in is path. I mean litarelly killing everything. Snowboarders , skiers . Heavy powder Had 4 snowboarders stop me lol to know was I was riding. My friend couldn't believe how fast I could go. Still like my beat up Dupraz for pow Next when it dies is a Fullbag Lifer.

    Moss

Really nice Moss. Like it. Owl's head tomorrow morning. Finally can take the old Dupraz out. ☺
  12. Thanks again Breese great input . Now buy it before I change my mind. ;) The board was almost 1200new with exchange and horrendous taxes so not a bad deal if you ask me.
  13. Great riding and review. Buy it as a spare one ;) Also like the reference to "LA conspiration des poudres" The getting use to the width is right. Also the weight must be centered. What's your angles on it and stance? Was laughing when he said a freestyle board....Noooooooot.
  14. Want to fund a custom JJA next. And they start at 1400 can.
  15. Try it Barry I'll bet it's stiffer than a 168 dual ;) It's not to short at 159 because of the stiffness and width. I'm 205 pounds without gear. Goes great.
  16. Back for sale. End of season deal Around 20 days on it. Very good condition https://www.sgsnowboards.com/snowboards/soul/ 499.00usd plus shipping ###Sold### My lost your gain. Best regards
  17. Got me watching the 5min film on the history of Rad Air. Greatly inspired by surfing. Looks like amazing boards with great philosophy and followers.
  18. Good letter to Burton Corran. I hope they listen to you... Glad I waited to purchase them. That Moss is a beaut.
  19. Keep in mind I was testing it for 2 days with boots that were hurting my feet like crazy. I'm surely not an expert on it and would like you to talk to member"Teach" about it. He knows everything about this one and an encyclopedia of knowledge. In other words I was useless on it. :) Mine was 163. Talked to JJA directly and told me it was a full race board. PS: Sorry about my english. Trying... ;)
  20. Awesome deal. Try it. I'm 220+ with gear easily and couldn't even bent mine. It was a newer one but almost the same specs. Doc as it now maybe he could give you a review? Quad is 4 layers of thin titanal layers. Yes 4. 0.2or 0.3? Like on is Freeride board I will try shortly. Trenches ice like crazy. Really like is board and he is a native. ; ) Buy it while you can ;) It will sell easily anyway...
