Might that Raichle boot you have be about right? Mondopoint is simply the length of the foot in centimeters, easy to measure at home. Donek also sells the bindings - F2 Race Titanium. Get an extra lift kit, they only come with one and you need two - one for under the toe of the front foot and one under the heel of the back foot. Glad to hear W is getting into it! Good luck! Depending on liner thickness this shell size covers everything from 5.5 to 8.5. Works very well for my son. No issues with heel lift.
