  1. +1 on this. I love my backlands with the phantom lever. It's also, from my point of view, a better option than the slippers because you can easily put back the original lever (a couple of screws really). I loved the Raichle Concordia, but they are old and hard to find in good shape plus they don't have inserts for touring.
  2. Hi loopback, would a 170 rockered boarder cross board (fanatic) be eying to you? I have a 181 Tanker and the board I'm talking about kind of rides the same ( with shorter radius) on less than optimal conditions + decent float in pow + a great groomer carver. PM if interested.
  3. Atomic Backland Expert One of the best AT boots out there for hard boot riders. Can be ridden as is or with the Phantom Link lever (sold on their website) for increased forward flex. This boot is just perfect for freeride/powder/splitboard riding on plates. Only 2 sessions on the snow. 260 USD + ship
  4. Interested in one of the Burners. What are you asking?
  5. Are these Phiokka bindings a good option for skwal? Yes! Tests results below. Specs: for 1 binding weight 830g length 220mm max width 110mm Setup: As @Inkaholic and @*Ace* explained, contrary to the snowpros the center disk is inserted within the black baseplate and rotating fully. Of note, it has a small soft plastic shim underneath for damping. The heel and toe blocks are each screwed on the baseplate using M6 screws. Cant/lift pads can be added to toe/heel blocks using adequate screw length (a bit like snowpros). To adjust the blocks to fit the boots, I chose to remove the bindings from the board. I would also recommend doing it the same way for the cant /lift pads. Then I mounted the fully setup binding to the board. There is absolutely no issues with angles. You can ride in any stance, including 90/-90 (if you are very flexible ).
  6. Looks like these Phiokka bindings may be a good option for skwal! I'll do the measuring and post results !
  7. Fascinating thread! Planning to hit Sugarbush with the family the 2d week of April. Looks like I'd better pack skateboards too...

Actually you can have either the plates, bases and e-rings or only the plates (if you already have bomber bindings).

  12. Dave, the lower part of the shell is marked 260-265. I looked only at the markings for the upper cuff and tongue (250-275). Sorry about the confusion.
  13. Probably not. I do have spare springs for the spring system I ride with (from the manufacturer of S5 boots), but they are slightly different from the BTS springs (the metal coil is flat and not rounded).
  14. Used, but fully functional 50 USD + shipping
  15. Raichle 225 - size 260-265 These were my goto hardboots before I switched to Deeluxes and Backlands. They have been used, but everything is in good working order. The heels are not worn and the buckles and zips work fine. They have not been punched. No alteration except inserts to attach a strap. Some binding marks on the toes. Original liners (size 265) are a bit worn (cf pictures) but do the job. I can replace them by a pair of Burton stock liners in size 270 for 10 bucks (you can have them both actually). I also have Intec heels and BTS kit for sale on another post. 120 USD + shipping
  16. It is only kinda related but I am looking for a downhill skateboarding scene, forum or facebook group, ideally with a classifieds section. I have downhill gear that won't be used any longer and could be put to use. Any suggestion welcome.
