lonbordin
I'm riding at 47.5/42.5 on a Coiler Nirvana with 23.5 cm waist with 313mm BSL Track 425s which puts my boots at the edge. I ride this setup everywhere and pretty much all the time no matter the conditions.

I haven't ridden softies for 28 years, no clue what angles I'd use there. Normally I am about 55f/50r on a 21.5 cm waisted Coiler AMT for all-mountain riding. Sometimes I am on a Tanker 200 with a 24.5 cm waist, in that case I think the angles are 40-ish.
dredman
I typically set binding angles so that I have no toe or heel overhanging the edge. So for each different width of board I will have different binding angles. For width, usually around 20 inches.
BlueB
This ^ for carving only, a bit of overhang at the rear for freeride. Edited January 3, 2018 by BlueB
