I cannot verify these facts but this is what was passed along to me about the Carver:

Features a 2 cylinder motor from BMW. Body is carbon fiber.

<O:p</O:pCost:

Can be used in either right hand (<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com><st1:country-region w:st=USA</st1:country-region>) or left hand (<st1:country-region w:st="on"><ST1:pEngland</ST1:p</st1:country-region>). Top

speed on test track. 270 KPH.

88 miles per gallon on regular gas highway on sustained test drive.

I was unimpressed at first, but being an engineer I'm just curious about the thing in general. Was the front wheel fixed and the turning was caused by the relation of the body to the ground?

I have to believe that vehicle is hard on tires...

Holy Understeer, Batman!

My thoughts exactly. Oversteer scares passengers, understeer scares drivers. That thing looks like it would push insanely. Good name though. Merge the Carver and the T-Rex and you'd really have something. Except you probably wouldn't be able to see out of it when it was laid over because the front wheels would block your vision:eek:
