So Neil is it going to be an every other year event or are you done with organizing altogether? I'm sure there are several of us that could team up and make it a bit easier.;)

Sorry I missed the Sunday Gunsmoke brigade. With sporadic web access I was a little out of touch with you guys. I did see Thomas and we rode Gunsmoke for several runs, which was fun---good to ride with you again Thomas! I also met LOC before making his last run. The carving conditions were near ideal both Monday and Tuesday at June. The conditions at Mammoth were also good, with the exception of the crowds, as one would expect. Although there was plenty of real estate to make turns between the hives of people with a smaller board. Big boards were out of the question on most of the carvable runs. Hopefully I can meet up with some of you boys later this month---see you then. GC

I just got up to Mammoth this afternoon. Carving should be ideal in the next couple days as the grooming and cold temps hunker down the snow. If anyone is up and wants to make some turns give me a post. I will most likely ride Mammoth early and maybe June in the afternoon. Tomorrow will most likely be an all mountain day after it gets all cut up. Hopefully we'll see some carvers out there tomorrow...:)

Ok, NOW everyone admits that you have had a couple sessions. Come on guys, get the word out! We need to stick together on this. I'm tired of riding alone and trying to explain to everyone that I'm not riding a mono ski and that my boots are not ski boots... WOW, what carving chef was describing sounds just short of a fiasco. Was there coverage on the ridge from top gondola into cornice bowl? Better to wait for more snow? I guess I just don't want it bad enough. King, were you not the one waiting at the bottom for Erwin and I as we desperatly tried to keep up? Come on man, lets be honest here. Anyway, I hope to see you all soon and remember---get the word out! GC

Hi Guys, I realize the season is off to kind of a slow start, but I would have expected to see more of the regulars posting reports on their sessions. When is everyone going to start riding again? It looks like I might be up the week between Christmas and New Years with the family and maybe once or twice before. Anyone up for a pre Christmas session? Help me understand the 14.6 stiffness ratio, if a 10 is a stiff race board, according to Donek, 14.6 = stiff race board for serious big guy?

Has anyone been able to do a comparison on these two boots? I know BOL recommends the T-700 as a replacement to the Indy; however, I hear the T-700 is less stiff. Any insight on the Track 700 would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like Erwin (gboytyler) and I will be heading up for this week end 4-26 and 4-27. Anyone else up for some 60 degree plus spring time ridding? Let us know and we can meet up.

I soooo out of it this year...closing day at June already? Will be coming up Sat PM and most likely stay until next Saturday to make up for some lost time. Family will be with me until Tues then solo rest of the week. So anyone coming up mid to late week and want to ride, let me know, would love to make some runs. Neil, sounds like you will be a June on Sunday, will try to make it for the last day of the 2008 season, otherwise will be a Mammoth. Monster, let us know how long you will be up and if you get a chance come over to June on Sunday. Hope to see you guys this next week.

How was it Frank? Did you ride also Mammoth, or just ride the crown jewel---June? Lots of spring beakers? Will be up 4/6 to 4/11 or so. Hope to see some of you guys then. GC

Hi guys, I will be leaving OC in a few minutes. Will most likely be ridding at June over the weekend and Mammoth as the crowds permit, probably in the early AM for Mammoth then June during the day. Sorry guys both boards have sold; however, I do have another 186 that I will be selling for a reduced price due to the fact that the board is more used. Right now the board is up in Mammoth, so when I get back next week I should have pictures and price posted. I will update my original post right now!

Trying to get back into the routine, but it has been difficult with work. Last year we had a great time at June for the SNES. There was some demos from Donek, Madd, and Catek. Some pretty good riders showed up as well. You will have to make it this year. We'll talk later and make some definitive plans. GC
