Sean Cassidy at Snowperformance has lots of viedo, which I think he intends to put into still shots and post.

OK Valetino, regardless of how you felt both Mike and Mark were giving you big kudos on many of your runs, which is more that can be said about many of mine. So suck it up and heal fast so we can do some surfin before the snow flys next season. I'll be in touch soon. And to Tim that Donek 187 suited you well, your turns were smoooooth on that thing. I am a believer in longer boards, especially after watching Mike Jacoby ride Kris Klug's 195 FP--- simply amazing. Thanks for posting the picture and will see you next year.

A huge thanks to Gavin Kerr for making the Mammoth Snowperformance camp happen. It was an awesome time. Also thanks to Sean Cassidy, Mark Harris, and especially Mike Jacoby for all the great tips and encouragement. It was also great getting to know more fellow riders and I look forward to making turns with you again. Gavin, I hope it all happens again next year, and Sean I look forward to seeing the pics. Hope you boys have a safe trip back home. GC

mtnpig, I will be traveling solo as well, however, may be leaving Wed night to get an extra day in and take care of some stuff. Interested in leaving early?

I forget exactly, but the race was sometime in april and the bowl was groomed to perfection. It would have been fun to free ride it in those conditions. My buddy and I did get Scotty's earlier this spring just after it as mowed and before everyone figured it out---very fun.

What can be said about this guy, except the name says it all--- Body Miller.

I think this gal won it. Equally impressive angles and leg strength.

Local Mammoth kid at Nationals on coarse that was set through the Cornice bowl at Mammoth. The pic (not mine, taken from website) was taken as the coarse rolled into the bowl--- pretty steep. Notice the angle of racers downhill leg and upper hip in relation to the hill--- impressive. Crazy thing about it is we're making turns with similar leg and hip angles turn after turn with very little or no coaching. Alpine boarding is a wonderful thing :)

Vegas is a good 5+ hours. Reno only 3. Anyway, your gonna have a great time! Hope they can find another coach so I can attend. I havn't heard back from Gavin or Sean yet :(

187 WCR round tail? Besides boarder X, what are the advantages? Are guys riding boards this long in boarder X?

Bring your moutain bike--- great places to ride. Hot springs and fishing are fun too ;)

Bummer and as it turns out I can’t pull it together either. So I guess that just leaves Nekdut and posy. Should be fun. My next opportunity is Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th. Anyone interested in a quick and cheap trip just before the snowperformce camp?

I just heard back from Gavin at Snowperformance and it looks like all spots may be sold out. He may be securing another coach, which will open up more spots in the camp. Hopefully I’ll be there too.
