  1. I have a FP 164 used maybe 15 or so days asking $100.00 + shipping---too short for the range you requested, but just in case) See my other post. I also have a FP 167 never ridden $160.00 + shipping. If you want physics bindings I will sell my 2nd set for $70.00. It doesn't leave much for boots, but depending on your size, I will throw in my 29.5 Burton Fires (well used) for an additional $50.00.
  2. Contact Burton's customer service by telephone not email. You will get nowhere using email. They should have physics toe bails. I believe the gals name that helped me was Michelle, she was great. By the way, even if you had Burton boots, I would highly reccomend bails over speed hooks. Speed hooks break much easier then toe bails--- that may not be saying much. Good luck.
  3. Yes. Lots of interest, but no one has yet to commit.
  4. Loose the speed hooks and go with the bails, they're much safer. I have heard one person talking about how they custom drilled and dremelled (sp?) their boots to make a fit with the speed hooks---scary. I had the same experience with burton and the email thing. However, if you call their customer service number they should be able to get you some toe bails. If you tell them the speed hooks keep breaking (they already know this) they may even send you toe bails for free. They gave me a lot of spare parts when I was riding the physics. Their customer service on these things is pretty good. If I remember correctly the gal that helped me was Michelle, she was a great help. Good luck!:)
  5. Guys, Guys, Guys! When did all this start comming together? The first I saw of it was last week. With a little more notice, I would be there. Oh well, next year. Happy turns. :)

    Prior 4x4 New!

Waist is 21.4 with a 9.6 radius. I ride a 174 and I am totally sold on the 4x4. If I had to choose only one board to own, it would be this one. The board works in everything--- pow, crud, groomers and the steeps.
  7. The board is still available. Already in box waiting to send to new owner. :)
  8. Anyone know the year of these bindings?
  9. Hey Derek: I was looking at the specs on the Prior website and the widths for WCRs around the 175 length were 19cm to 19.5cm. This would lead me to believe that the specs have possibly changed since the production of your board, the board is a custom shape, or mabe it is 19cm wide. I don't mean to second guess you, but are you sure on the 18cm width? Oh, and by the way, I forgot to mention that I have an older 164 Alp (in good condition) in the last email. Let me know on the width and if possibly interested in Alp trade + $$$.
  10. Sale fell through. The board is still available. Also have Burton Physics bindings (see my other post). Thanks. GC
  11. -Three and four hole disks with additional three hole aluminum disks for stiffer ride if you choose -Optional physics toe pieces (your choice to be used in place of toe bails---boots must be physics compatible) -Hard (grey) bumpers and Soft (blue bumpers) -Original Burton stomp pad (never used) could also be used as boot cleaner at front door. The bindings have seen several seasons of riding and are in good condition. I have included all screws necessary to bolt up and go. The heels should work with any Intec compatible boot, however; you may have to use longer screws (not included) if you are not ridding Deluxe or Riechle boots. I don’t recommend using the physics toe pieces, because the toe hook, which bolts to boot, has failed me several times. For this reason I went to using toe bails instead. Nevertheless, the choice is yours, however; if you decide to go the physics route you will need to get a second toe hook from Burton. $80.00 gets the bindings shipped within the lower 48. Post or email me with your questions.
  12. Sent email. Got some burton stuff you may be interested in.
  13. Who's at Mammoth 20th-25th. Will be between Mammoth and June during the above dates. Lots of new snow now and through at least the begining of next week. Will be carving as conditions permit. Otherwise forced off piste with a new 4x4 :D
  14. Thanks for the interest. The board is pending sale.
  15. If is doesn't work out with crave2carve I may be interested. How does this board compare to the 178 RT? Is is a lot stiffer? Tell me what you know. Thanks. GC
  16. My $.02 is for Mammoth also. The last several Aprils have has lots of snow and warm conditions. I have also had some great powder days during this time of year. After spring break the masses are done with snow sports until next season, so crowds are never an issue. This year eastern Sierra have enough snow pack to last well into June and beyond with good conditions. Although it is a long trek from Virginia, it would be well worth the time. If you do decide to make the trip, give a post because there are a lot of carvers that ride Mammoth and frequent this forum.
  17. Yes! I will try to get them posted today. I do have two pair of Burton Physics bindings and extra parts, however; all the goods (less the board) are up in Mammoth. I will be going up next week and will bring all my burton stuff back to post for sale.
  18. Burton FP 164 ridden no more than 15 days. Not sure on the year, but the board in more stiff than later year FPs. The usual scuffs on top sheet and binding marks. The board is in overall good condition with lots of life. $100.00 + shipping gets the board. The board will be shipped from 92660.
  19. It’s not necessary to ride alone, just give a post---simple and it doesn’t always work; however, it is fun to see other carver’s itineraries. I am trying for next Friday and Sat and then the whole week after Presidents Day for sure. Blare is probably out until April and gdboytyler aka Erwin is out until after his Colorado trip, March or so. Anyway, it will be a good March and April and a long season after that. Hope to see you up there.
