  1. What are you wearing on your forearms? It looks like something to protect your jacket.
  2. Went over to the Buck website today to stare at the cord on the new HD camera. Nice pic Dave!
  3. That was me. It was a little busy until races were over at 10:15. I stayed till around 10:45. It was firm but crunchy. The first 5 runs where the best. Grooming was great on Milkrun and Crossroads. Horrible on Olympic and Warners. I saw them take the groomer out on Warners but decided not to test it out.
  4. Bob, Matt and myself were out today. Conditions are great, nice firm cord. Hopefully it holds up with this weeks weather. Matt, I have two sets of the F2 heal and toe lifts if you like them. It looks like they were $12. Bob, Have fun with the Coiler. Not sure if I will be out next weekend.
  5. Happy New Year I am glad I went to bed early last night. Arrived at Buck to see no cars, perfect groom, not a cloud in the sky, oh and -7 degrees. For the first 15 minutes it was just me and one skier, the cord was super firm. Never had to worry about an edge not holding. Around 10:30 it clouded up. Stayed till 2, turns out my shoulders hurt. Thanks BobD for the pointer.
  6. Today was more of the same. These cold temps have been great for the snow.
  7. Went out for a couple of hours this morning. Ran into Alex and Bob. Lots of snowmaking going on, but where the snow was clear the hold was good. Can't wait till everything is all blown up and groomed.
  8. All I can say is WOW! Can't wait to hear the review.
  9. Looks like I will be at Snowbird on Tuesday (12/18). Should I even bother bringing my carving equipment? Looks like its been getting dumped on.
  10. Hope to see you out. And yes good eye I am homebrewing. Converted keg to a kettle and a brew bucket.
  11. New Coiler. EC style, 175 x 22 14/17 sidecut. This thing rocks!!! Super solid through chunky snow. Slow speed turns, fast turns, no problem.
  12. Busted out the new toy today. It was pretty good but it got choppy after about two hours. There are mounds on Olympic but they are fun to carve over and around.
  13. I see you don't have messaging enabled. Let me know what your email address is.
  14. That could be a possibility. There are a couple of good carving runs on Moose.
  15. Brian, If you want to try out my Coiler 173 once the season starts let me know. I only have step in bindings so you could mount yours up. I sold my Prior 4WD 169 locally two years ago. I think I saw him out at Welch once, not sure if he stayed with so there may be a Prior 4WD somewhere in the state.
  16. This should be a "sticky" thread or added to the how to list. Great video's!!
  17. Great job. I love the slow motions. Would really like to know what the boards are? I can't tell from the video.
  18. Awesome! Glad to hear Gretchen enjoyed it today.
