  1. @Corey, it is much easier than Shoe-Goo that I used to use and you will get used to after 1 try but I did mess up the first try a bit. It does self level as long as it is not too hard nor too runny. Here is what I do: - I partition the area with masking tape and I use wider masking tape so that if it flows over it, I have some margin fo error - it is 2 part mix and mix it according to the instruction. - For color, you dont even need a drop of it and I dipped popsicle stick I to that color and mix it into the - then I wait about 25-30min to harden a bit but it is important that it doesn’t become too hard. But if you don’t wait long enough, it will be too runny. - I apply with rubber gloves and don’t use any spatula. I first used spatula but @b.freerecommended to use rubber glove and it was a lot easier. - it will settle and become smooth so I try to do it on level surface and don’t mess with it too much once I apply it unless more material needs to be applied or removed - I wait about 10-15min before removing the masking tape. But do not leave it until it cures. As some material will lift at the edge and cause it to come off when you are riding. But you don’t want to remove it too soon and the material flows over. this method helped me a lot to keep my jacket looking ok, thanks to @b.free @Corey, if you want to know how much I used for each parts and how big of surface I used, you can DM me your email address and send you the amount in grams and picture of the surface I applied to. The website won’t let me upload more than 2.94MB size picture.
  2. @Corey, I use this stuff that I learned from @b.free and mix it with color additive to make it into any color. It has worked out well for both of us.
  3. Lol I didn’t realize about that … I ordered it way before Barbie movie …
  4. Continuation with Oxess and Marcel’s vision of narrower board @ 165mm. I loved the last one so much, I got another one. Carbon/Titanal construction with shape of RG185 with HH stiffness. Now, people can see me coming from mile away. Yes, it’s pink.
  5. Thanks for suggestion but contrary to others, SBC is great. I have about 120 days on them and still good. I prefer the tall built. I have some pieces of yoga mat for added hold and works like magic.
  6. I have these in my MS boots and it is one of the best liner that I used as I like the taller liners especially in MS boots. MS boot shells tends to be higher and it has "rear wing" for more support. I don't know how it is with other boot manufactures but i bet it will look very tall.
  7. You should def splurge! I love m’y MS for 6 seasons and no sign of major break besides breaking of cables occasional torque-ing of the bolts. you should def get orange spring if you get it.
  8. Ofcourse...... and he can teleport .....
  9. This is great point about people reaching for the snow, dog petting, and bending over at the waist. I did that before (not because I wanted to do EC back then) and I didn't realize I looked "like that" until other people started to take video of me, it is a great way to reflect on the riding. Also, bending at the waist looks bad anyways..... Personally, I do consider @b.freeto be that "a few" who is at that level. Crazy dude. Contrary to "Swoard Style" EC, @b.freecan EC any board: 26cm to 15cm. Again, I don't even know how he does it but just does it. And Swoard set up is wack, never liked it. 23cm is like a tank. 16cm is more like it. EC works on all conditions, @b.freewill ride anything and EC in the conditions that 95% of people on this form wouldn't even carve.
  10. Back to the topic…. I always check after couple turns and sometimes during turns
  11. Oxess with Virus Isolator Plate action today at Keystone Starfire trail
  12. Woot woot, that’s a awesome edit!!! it was a fun day for sure! Gotta do more next year
  13. “Downhill uphill rider” if you gonna do some moves (ex. 360, etc) that person better be aware of surroundings. Who would expect person to come uphill or make that ridiculous turn. And I am amazed how red jacket guy managed to hit anyone in that wide open run…. i bubble my head as much as I can to make sure I am not getting hit…
  14. I am glad you both are ok! Phew thanks for sharing, it reminds me to be vigilant to stay safe.
  15. I have Virud Cybotg at 14.5cm, 181cm pleass message me if you are interested:)
  16. Friends carving!
  17. Some of us are going to Aspen Mtn in AM to enjoy copper bowl and Ruthie’s (Aztec if groomed) then head over to Buttermilk butter
  18. Unfortunately, the slot was not groomed today (Friday) Some of us will be at highlands in the morning to escape some Saturday crowds then come back to Snowmass. Planning on Aspen Mountain on Sunday I know other half in the group will be at Snowmass
  19. We just finished at Venga venga and riding a bit more at Snowmass
  20. Update: myself, johan, Victor and Brad will be at Snowmass today. I saw that Slot was groomed so that would be great
  21. Hello, I think there are different ideas and some are going to Buttermilk. For me, it depends on the gondola of Aspen Mtn. I Heard it wasn’t running today and they are re trying to fix it. If they are re fixed, me and another rider will be at Aspen mtn in the morning but if it is not running then Snowmass Friday! I am checking the gondola issues and grooming report in the morning.
  22. It’s happening!!!! See you all in Aspen
  23. @b.freetaking picture of me at Beaver Creek this week. @b.freeforcing contortions on the board last spring at Abasin…..
  24. I personally have the following length and width: - Oxess XXR 182 @ 15.5cm - Virus Interceptor 181 @ 16cm - Virus Cyborg 181 @ 14.5cm - Virus Phantom 195 @ 18cm And @b.freehas Virus Black Death 176 @ 15cm For me, narrow board was eye opening and it is very maneuverable from crowded to open runs by varying the turns so easily. It is rare that I am not enjoying the run. I say a lot less of: "oh man it is crowded run", "the run is not perfectly groomed", "I wish the run were wider", "too many soft spots", etc. I had a good outcome by trying and sticking to narrow board but again, it is completely personal preference. Another positive is that I can mess with people's mind and people are even more confused what the heck I am riding..... "I just lost my other powder ski so i just decided to drill a hole and ride it mono-style"
  25. I am planning to do as much of Aspen Mountain (Copper Bowl, Aztec, Ruthie’s) as I can in the morning and maybe hit other mountains in the after noon.
