I got it at the Bromely Mountain Ski Shop. It was the only alpine board they had and very very dusty. I've also got catek OS's on mine. I will probably end up using them longer than the board.

Hi, I've got a PJ 5.3 (does anybody know what the number stands for?). I absolutely love it and I am constantly getting comments on "how I broke my board". As you can probably tell though, I am not the most experienced person regarding the comparison of boards. I also bought mine for fifty bucks brand new after it had been gathering dust in the store for nine years. Good luck!

Hey. In VT right now. Slight dusting of snow on the ground and you can still see the grass tips. Didn't bring my board (sorry) because I decided that I didn't want to F it up. Please report on the trail conditions for whichever mountains you decide to go to. Maybe I'll come up next weekend or the one after that.

Was anybody into moguls?? I ski with the philosophy that if I do moguls aggressively my knees will suffer. Is this wrong? Has anybody done them and maintained their knees?

They could also be Head stratos (I've got those). They liner is bright orange and part of the shell is orange. The rest is a see through brown type of color.

I will be in the Stratton and Okemo area. Don't know much about Stowe but Stratton tends to be the more crowded of the first two. They both looked like they had the same amount of coverage last time I was there.

Since we are on the topic of skateboarding... Has anybody tried the Freebord (www.freebord.com)??? Or would you just recommend a long board?

I definitely agree with the second set. First set.... I dunno if a younger crowd would agree but I've also got no anime or robo-cop experience.

My mission this season: Make alpine carving the most orgasmic thing people have seen on the slopes. Make it sexy and cool. Get more people inspired and motivated. I want more young people in it too. That is the only way it will grow. How: Looking like any normal female snowboarder and blowing right past all the guys. There is a lot more power of persuasion from the opposite sex than you think Especially if you are cute girlie Problem: From us young snowboarder people: ski boots have always been dorky. Is there any way we can make them look cool??

Oh, and unless i can somehow fit the corset and mini skirt outfit over my ski underwear without simultaneously freezing my ass off , it will just be a normal HB pic. :o

I used these http://rdcshop.com/?action=itemdetail&item_id=14641&B=1 Dakine wrist guards. They are very thin and fit under any set of gloves or mittens that didn't start tight on me. Granted, I only used them for the first three days of snowboarding but they definitely kept me from spraining or breaking my wrist. They didn't hinder that much movement either. Good luck.

Sorry- I know we talked about it. I decided that as somebody who usually only got twenty days in a season it would be a bit intense to all of a sudden compete on a ski team as well as a snowboard team having never raced before. :-( Good news: give me two years. Next season when I go to Switzerland I want to hook up with the Swoard guys and get some skills. I should be pretty good after that Can you have somebody to temporarily replace people? Like if the female can't make it or something?

That is why I never let my ex keep the pictures. Imagine trying to run for world ruler and having that brought up??
