    Bad Cars

My worst ride was an 86 Pontiac T1000 ( a chevette in Pontiac clothes) that thing couldnt get out of its own way....even with rear wheel drive you had to take it to the sand pits to do donuts and even then you still needed the E-brake to get it to go around....

    Bad Beers

agreed with Gecko I work for a large law firm the does alot of IP/Patent law and some companies are very aggressive with their IP (intellectual property). We have lawyers constantly searching the search engines looking for infringement all across the world. but back to the beer...we use to get the beer from our local bar call "Golden Anniversary" granted this was a awhile ago but a case at 1:30am at the bar would cost us 12$. whoever said MHL was good I agree as for all the rest Natural Ice Milwaukee Beast
  3. there is also a kit to put chevy small block v-8 into the XJS as well. This was a easy swap due to the fact that the jag use a tubro hydramatic 350
  4. And alot of these Roadsters even with the Chevy small block still rock the ford 9 inch rear end.
  5. The Grand National/GNX was a great car. A friend of mine had a GN in High School. What a beast, but I would go for the 89 turbo trans am instead. One of the mandates at GM is that no car can have more advertised horsepower then the Corvette. At the time the Corvette had the 245hp 350 V-8 so the turbo TA was advertised with 240hp same as the GN, but this was incorrect the 3.8 buick turbo motor actually had 300-310hp. As for a classic muscle car my favorite has always been the 64 GTO w/389 tripower.
  6. Thanks Jack and Geoff Already starting to work the wife on making it out for ECES. Jack got a beautiful PJ7.3 regular for you to try. Maybe I can change your mind
  7. Whoa Then I made a great deal then on the PJ7.3 asym I purchased at the beginning of the year. only 50$ and it was 3D too
  8. Thanks for the Dates as well...looks like I might be able to make my first expression session next year.
  9. i have only boarded killington and mt snow. So my vote would go to k. That said I really dont believe killington is the best "carving mountain". bear is nice but the easy/med trails snowshed/ramshead are all the way on the other side of the mountain. So depending on where you put base its a pain to get over to the other side of the mountain. As for being busy I spent a week there this year and last year and it was dead both weeks. Why did you not put up statton. American Standard has to be one of the best black carving trails of all time (IMHO)

    standing up

I do the same thing...roll over on my stomach...considering I have a small board 160 its not that hard to do....but I did (and this is the truth) torn my ACL while rolling over.
  11. Heard this twice on the same day "The tail is cut off"
  12. that really sucks I was at MC on Tuesday and if it was just as busy yesterday and it was on Tuesday I can see why. But it still does not excuse the fact that it was a instructor. He or she of all people should know the rules of the mountain. What I did like about MC is that they completely blocked off that trail from the top of the mountain.
  13. I can trade you a non offset 4x4 for one of the offset ones....I think waterford a little too far to drive but shoot me an email if interested jdgang@gmail.com

  18. havnt gone yet but I will be breaking out my pj when the time comes....will def be skipping work to one day coming up...would love to go riding with somebody. shoot me an email jgang@gmail.com
  19. industrial blvd is the road that runs behind the strip on the 215 side. bypasses all of the traffic on the strip on Friday night....Caesars, Bellagio, Mirage, and TI are on that side...When me and the wifey go we love The Mirage nice clean not to expensive good location and the best damm breakfast buffet on the strip.
  20. correct me if I am wrong but I think (in terms of stiffness) from stiffest to noodle FP--speed--R17 (same within reason) UP ALP Coiler---Edeck(same within reason) Fusion
  21. I have both a FP157 bluemetal flake and a Speed 160. The Speed is def. softer than the FP, not by much but its more of a all mountain than the FP. I love the Speed I really learned to carve on it.
  22. I am in the same boat as you except for the fact that I have gone a total of ZERO times this year!!!!!! I am just waiting for a good week of cold before I go. With a third kid on the way VT is out this year and I have to pick my days carefully. But I pray everyday to the snowgods that they may blessed the mid-atlantic with two to three nor'easters before the end of February.
  23. One of those 3d disk is the offset one to be used with the cant....just scored one of those it is a nice feature...
  24. How does the human race survive? but that said I would do it in a heartbeat
  25. My foot measures at 26 and I ride 27.0 winds/reactors with stock liners. I had old 26.5 reactors(blue) and they where too tight and 27.5 reactors(blue as well) and they where too big. The 27 fit my feet perfectly. They go on smooth and I only have to buckle to the first position until i warm up then its up to the second and I can ride in them all day long. My burton soft boot size is 8.5
