How do you like your Level gloves? I wear Dakine wrist guards inside my gloves. They definitely add a layer of re-enforcement, but fairly sure it's not the best choice available. -

They should help immensely with shin irritation. The RC-10's are a little rough on my shins too, so I recently picked up a pair of Shintronics. They made the boots way more comfortable!

I saw a full review of this very cool helmet on Tech Toys 360 recently. It has a built in rear view camera, and a display on the inside upper edge of the helmet, that allows a full view of what is going on behind you. Might be a useful tool for knowing what's coming up fast behind you. Check out these helmets on Reevu.com (sorry for the poor quality pic, it was the best I could do ).
