  1. I've been looking at getting a similar length/width Coiler board. If you don't mind me asking Newcarver, how tall are you, and how much do you weigh? I'm 5'9" and 190, and thinking 172 is perfect for me.
  2. Yup, jump x 10, turn left and right x 10, repeat over and over until exhausted, then hurl all riders off ridiculous "money" jump to their near demise. Stupid.
  3. ^^^ Is that the new extreme-face carve I've been hearing about?

    Hauntingly beautiful pic
  5. They could easily cut a few feet off that kicker at the end ^^^^ It looked to me like the landing area was a little too flat too.
  6. I can't wait for next years SES! I'll be there if I have to crawl from Cali.
  7. Yup, Acetaminophen is very toxic to the liver. So I wonder what the deal is on Ibuprofen? Has it been determined to be toxic to our organs?
  8. That is fantastic!! It's about time that we carvers have our own mag! Sign me up!!
  9. I hope he recovers 110% asap!! He is truly an amazing part of the history of our sport!
  10. That's interesting. So what are UK Dr's recommending for there slightly aged carvers instead of Ibuprofen?
  11. I ordered the white ones, it was the only color left in my size.
  12. Thanks for the input Dan. I've ordered the UPZ RC10's, and will give them a go to see how well they fit. If they don't work out, it's on to the Deeluxe's.
  13. Incredible vid! Amazing camera angles, and very fluid EC'ing!
  14. Nice vid! Some nice carving going on there. Nice wipe out too.
  15. Ok, either this was a great April fools joke, or we have a real honest to god pro Razor rider in our midst.
  16. Being the 54 year old carver that I am, I always pack Ibuprofen ;)
  17. Very tragic accident. I always board without iPod/earbuds, as I prefer to hear what's going on, or coming at me. And I always stay as far away as possible from the resort machinery, especially snowcats with tillers. I can't imagine a worse snowboard/skiing accident.
  18. Two more questions. You mentioned it's stiff as all hell, is it a race board? Second, what's the hole pattern for mounting plate bindings?
  19. Thanks arneburner for your input! From your helpful description, and from what I've been reading about here, I'm inclined to believe the UPZ's will be a good fit for me. Thanks
  20. Yeah, it's been a little too warm lately. I just got back from a few days in Big Bear, and it was 60 on the mountain both days.
  21. I'm very interested. What is the condition of the base? PM me asap!
  22. Hey everyone! New to the forum here, but have been boarding for 25 years. At 54 years old, I'm looking for some new hard boots. I can't decide between the Deeluxe Track 325's or 700's, or the UPZ RC10's. I'm 5'9" and 190lbs, and enjoy carving groomed, as well as epic powder days. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  23. I'm definitely considering getting these UPZ's. Being an old school 54 year old carver, should I even consider the Deeluxe Track 325's or 700's? I'm more of an all mountain cruiser than I used to be
