  1. Lol The Road is still dirt and a suspension killer! I’ve had so many repairs over the years due to that road! The damaged section is right at the bottom.
  2. Fingers crossed although I doubt it will be open to full traffic. There are a number of bigger roads down in the area. I have a feeling it will be emergency access only with a plan to repair properly in the summer. This is a small hill and there is no village, hotels or shopping. It’s a cafeteria and a small pub lol. I love how they are pumping the place up in the various reports. Reading the comments it sounds like people think it’s like Whistler! @philw the snow is usually dry. It rains less than the North shore mountains. I don’t know how it is after this last storm.
  3. @BlueB yeah. Glad I don’t have a place up there. Those folks are stranded.
  4. Road up to my local hill due to rainfall last night. Picture says it all
  5. More pics also, that’s a light flash on the right edge, not damage
  6. I have a D1+ that I have barely used. I’m looking for a prior 4WD or something similar.
  7. Do you know what volume these are? I’m looking for low volume.
  8. @dchu I sent you a pm. I have a Dupraz 5.5 that I would be willing to trade. I’m also 210lbs and it floats great. Just remember you need to ride these centred.
  9. Mondo 27. 278/ 299mm $100USD plus shipping The liners are brand new condition. Include two new spare buckles and the interface plate if you want to convert to step in. New Shoxxter Booster strap. I purchased these new from UPZ. They have a fair amount of use over approx 6 seasons. I’ve had them for about 8 years but didn’t ride for a bit due to injury and illness. They are an extremely soft boot. About the same stiffness as the Salomon Malamute.
  10. I have a pair of unused flos you can have for free if you pay shipping. Send me a PM if you want them.
  11. no longer for sale. I have decided to keep these. I have a pair of smoky translucent grey mp 25 RC8. They are in 9/10 condition. UPZ sticker on the heel and toe came off. Purchased new from UPZ three years ago for my daughter who did one run and wanted to stick with soft boots. My wife tried a handful of runs and also stuck with soft boots. They sat in the closet this past season Flo liners used one run. My wife used intuition. Old style black tongue. Shoxxster booster strap. On the heel it says 4/4.5/5 258/ 279mm. On the liner it says 5 1/2 Asking $300 US shipped
  12. @daveo I got them for free with the boots. You’re welcome to try them. PM me your info
  13. This was a stick part with the ATBs. I have an unused set from 2011 if anyone wants to try them for the cost of shipping. It is a flexible plastic.
  14. Same springs as usual. I actually pulled the old original liners out of the closet last season and tried them again. Instant pain. The new liners are really nice. Even the footbed is decent.
  15. My new UPZ RC12’s arrived yesterday. The liner is actually comfortable now! It’s going to be a long summer!
  16. There are two things that saved me from selling all my gear and saying **** it! 1- Comfortable boots that fit properly. 2- Read this and follow the binding set up advice. It made all the difference for me. http://beckmannag.com/hardboot-snowboarding/a-hardboot-manifesto-v1 Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. I purchased this board for my wife at the end of last season. She never rode it as she switched to softies. I did one run on it but I already have a stubby and a wcrm so I just never took it out. Board looks exactly the same as the way I recieved it. Asking $275 USD including shipping. Here is the original ad with lots of info and pictures.
  18. On my Stubby V2. Liftie: Is that thing hard to turn? Me: This board is made to turn!
  19. At my local hill there are a lot of softie carvers but I only see one other guy on hardboots and he used to race. Most of the times he is on his skis with his family. I tried to get my wife and daughter into hardboots and they hated it. I swapped out my liners this year and it took a month of riding before I stopped hating the boots again. The gear is heavy, expensive and a giant pain to dial in and the more you improve, the more you tinker with everything! All reasons I love it. So, I think we need to market to engineering students to bring in young blood and lighter boots!
  20. Thanks for the offers. Sorry for the tardiness. I never received notifications. I ordered from bomber so I’m good.
