    Barry just take it easy. Let’s hope for long season like last year. I was doing Mammoth at July. I am going back to work on Tuesday. I need medical insurance, but I will see if it will not work I will go to retirement and will pay for it from my pocket.

    It took me a while and I used hammer also. Second boot was easier. But I don’t have a magic trick. There is Drupi’s video about installation.

    5 months after my big surgery and 5 weeks after I finished full blown chemo, last CT scan was Ok next one in July, I hit the slopes. First day only 3 hours next 4 and yesterday 5. Yes I have new big limitations, but still kicking on this side of the dirt. The picture was taken on the top of Sentinel Bowl at Kirkwood

    Same here. I bought recently old RCR. That tongue was so hard, just to get in the boot was nightmare. I installed DGSS and bought new soft one hinge tongue and I can’t believe the results. The boots are now absolutely perfect

    I just hope. That will be my last week of disability. After almost 5 months I will have to start to work again. I just need to do it for medical benefits. Looking today’s web cameras from resorts it is pretty bad. Especially visibility must be horrible and bunch of upper lifts were not running at all.

    Do you know what range of sizes this she’ll cover? Is it 27.5 and up of 27.5 and down? It is usually marked inside. Thanks.

    Hi guys thanks for support and Alan for medical advice. After one week I can see recovery will be long, painful and frustrating.Everything is rather overwhelming. I guess I will only ride this web page, so please post videos, pictures of new boards and so on. And have a nice season.

    Well after 3 year fighting bladder cancer 8 surgeries and 1.5 year on chemo, I had 2 days ago entire bladder and prostate removed and piss hole was made in my belly. Of course one bag on belly and second on leg. Pretty much I am invalid. 3 weeks ago I did 60 miles backpacking trip at Sierra. After 33 years on boards and 25 on skis before this looks end of the road. Very sad,I can probably ride this web page only

    Snow disappearing a front of your eyes . Unbelievable how much they lost since July 4th weekend. A couple pictures for illustration. It was my last day this season. I just hope just for season not for ever, as I am going next week for another 3rd this year and 9 total cancer surgery. Keep your fingers crossed please. Empty slope on one of the picture was after my last run, prepared race course, the best runs of the day when they opened it after 11.

    Just for idea, it was 55 degree on the top of Mammoth at 7 am yesterday. Very slushy conditions except, as usually, prepared race courses. Both day I was riding till end at 1 pm. This weekend was real zoo everywhere around Mammoth.

    Mammoth is still going strong. Grooming is bad, so carving is possible after they open race courses to public usually before lunch. But one can’t complain. It is almost July. I am going back again tomorrow.

    It was nice to ride with you Barry after several years. Sunday conditions were worse and grooming was horrible everywhere, even on race course on Shirley. It is time to migrate to Mammoth.

    Barry, I was there last weekend I think they are open just on weekends till 23rd. They will run cornice lift for sure and Semtinel bowl is nice when they groom it. You have Squaw pass don’t you, it is valid at Mammoth. I will start to going there.

    Hi Barry I was there Saturday and I am not sure if I didn’t see you early morning a couple runs on Gold Coast. Today I went with Joe in Heavenly and met there one more hardbooter.

    I would like to see EC on today bumps fields everywhere at Squaw. I always like all those videos are on empty and pretty groomed slopes. Just try to have good time whatever style you doing. And believe in that. Any day on slopes is small miracle for me.

    Pretty much any AT boots will work. Just pick up which will fit you best. I am using Scarpa,Dynafit and newly Fisher travers.

    Well $10 beer and $35 parking doesn’t do it, so they need to make money somehow, let’s cut some money on grooming. But compare to pictures above Kirkwood is great.
