    Upz RCR 28 MP

Hi For sale UPZ RCR. Shells are used one season - approx 30 days on them. They come with RCR spoiler, shoxxter plus strap, silver stiff tongue and rcr cuff. Liner is brand new mp28. Fully thermoformable. Ultralon foam inside. Price 350 eur plus shipping
  2. They recommend steaming them or putting the shells in an oven. Hot gear bag can replace that.
  3. thanks man! I do not have any punches - however I own zipfit liners, for which this is recommended for molding. cheers Lukasz
  4. Trenchdiggers, any of you using this ? Would appreciate any opinion.
  5. Well everybody likes it slightly different I don't like slop in the boots. Justin R. Once asked me during one of the coaching sessions: what is the easiest way to put the board on edge ? Lift your toes or you heels. You can do it with swimming in your boots or completely locked in. Up to you
  6. I agree on The upz liners being like a vise, however they have the tendency to pack out under use and temperature. If I would carve all day, than at the end of the day my feet would be loose. This is the primary reason why I bought injection liners in the first place. I really hope zipfit will be better than the injection liners, given the price. Check out the sidewinder feature on the zipfit liner - medial support which I think will be beneficial in alpine snb. Zipfit are very well made - I think the best that I have seen so far. And no I am not trying to justify the purchase price ?
  7. Zipfit is higher than my upz foam liner. Will work well for sure. I bought the grand prix with sidewinder and this liner takes more space in the shell, so I had to adjust all the buckles and the buckle teeth position on the cuff. This is a great option for someone with chicken legs. For all suffering with shin bang too , as the tongue is fully mouldable as well. Not something that you always get in injected liners
  8. I have moulded the zipfit. iron grip on the heel. Of course carpet carving is not quite the same as snow but... Will report back in dec
  9. Zipfit was Pricey at 295 euro. That's similar to injected foam liners. Seller was good enough to provide 3 tubes of omfit. This the material that goes into the liner and keeps you let in place. You can add or remove omfit freely at will.
  10. Have a look at zipfit.com I just purchased the grand prix with sidewinder as per recommendation from one of the bootfitters.
  11. Hi Trenchdiggers, There is 3 more plates available within a week. Let me know if you are interested. Cheers
  12. All sold! Thanks guys. There might be a possibility to have more if any of you would be interested
  13. This is made by a company that makes super light aircrafts. Build quality is very good and will outlast vist for sure. You are more than welcome to order one pokkis. It's not that far from Poland to Finland. This gives you much more power then geckos.
  14. shipping to US - 39 euro fully insured. plates are located in Poland.
  15. With all mounting hardware it is bit less than 2 kgs. Touch lighter than vist Thanks for apex. Lovely board
  16. Hi All Got FG plate for sale. Made in Italy. Modus operandi is the same as vist, however the design is much better and more lean, ie less screws. In my vist the front sockets where the plate slide around get destroyed when the plate is working properly. This got eliminated in the FG plate. Can mount in three possible ways: Floating front Floating back Floating front and back and utilize vist inserts Price is 250 eur plus shipping. PayPal FF
  17. Did Sigi mention of this is only custom topsheet or a custom board made for Ester ?
  18. Hey Do anyone use a zipfit liner in 951 shells ? If so how did you get it heat moulded? Did you heat the shell as Zipfit recommends or did you heat just liner ? All help appreciated Thanks
  19. I looked at Zipfit at few points of time. Unfortunately the nearest dealer of zipfit is in the UK while I am sitting in Poland. On my upz foam injected liners I have 120+ days and they still are running strong. Friend of mine in NL had a bootdoc liner injected and it was too low for sure - see attached pics. Rear spoiler is above the cuff.
  20. I Run upz foam injected liners in 951. Funnily enough I foam injected them in upz shells and they still work like a dream. I have heard that boot doc liner is too low for 951. I heard Sidas and atomic injected foam liners work well too but have no personal experience.
  21. Equipment in general hinders your riding least (in most of the cases), but unfortunately it takes a bit of time to realize this - at least for me!
  22. hardbooting - fun stuff ey? Hardbooting for me is always a never ending test lab. In the beginning (when you are not so good, putting it mildly) I tended to think that the equipment is restricting my riding and imparing it (LOL when I think about it now..). So you keep tinkering, changing, adjusting, everything from cants, lifts, forward lean, spring tension, angles, soft tongues, stiffer tongues, riding one foot and what not. So you keep buying gear (since its restricting your riding right??) and you finally end up in place where you got the best boots, binding and board and thats when you realize you might have to learn how to ride and make that thin pencil line.... And you see this is what makes hardbooting such a fun sport for me - the adrenaline and excitement when you make your first carving turn. When finally going from the green wide plains to black narrow walls you are able to carve your name in it - Or at least an "S" ... So finally when you got your technique right, you go back to beginning and start tinkering with gear to see what it does to your riding and the feeling.... That never ending development loop of a carver...
  23. I will drink to that. Couldn't phrase it any better. If you start thinking about anything else you have got a good case for breaking ya face. Citing Beckmann: why would you ride a moped while you can ride a ducati?
