Never to old to skateboard. This board survived my abuse then my son took it collage and it survived the hills of San Fransisco.The 44 inch T.K. supply was drying up even in the 80s. 54 years old and I'm still showing my skateboard. Frank

I ran the shipping department at Sims.Man did you see how much that thing is going for.I should have stock piled them.My wife used to sell Sims Taperkicks at the swap meet for $5.00 a deck that were seconds.Those are vintage skateboards for you young bucks that weren't around. Frank

Thanks for info I think I know who owned that board since that era is part of my roots.The big slice out of the bottom of the board is where a water ski fin was mounted which was my idea.Also small fins were made for the tail section that I also invented for better control.Burton also used them later. Frank

How many people are willing to pay the extra cost? Its sure nice not dealing with wax.I like tuning my own boards after having shop monkeys almost destroy some of my favorite sticks there aren't to many places I trust besides PTC but thats a long way from home. Frank

My new Virus with no wax base is FAST I wish all my boards had it. I don't know how long it will last or how easy it will be to maintain time will tell.Does anybody know why more companys aren't using it?

Bobby, I had to wear a baggy pair of pants to clear BTS springs.It does look like a lift kit on 4x4 truck.Arnauds is a smaller profile. The mystery man please come forward How hard was it to fit BTS on Head Boots ? Frank

Mike did you get any feed back from anyone using BTS at SES? Mine are working out real well with my af 600s.But I did notice the top nut can be turned by hand if not tightened a liittle bit.I also noticed the spring showing wear against housing but it's just plastic coating or paint. FRank

Paul Nice board I've got nine days on mine and I like it more & more every time I ride it.I spent some bucks this season on new gear.But it was worth every cent.Let me know how it works out for you. Frank

Ryan I put Arnauds Head Rab system on my new Head boots ..The quality is nothing like the new BTS but I tested them last weekend and also tested the new BTS on my old af 600 raichle's .Both worked well The BTS was a much smoother ride.Arnauds also works well but definitely needs to be polished.Both worked better than using the walk mode on the old systems.Arnaud needs a better housing bracket and I think the smaller springs are a little stiffer.I'll try Bts on the Heads next I hate grinding on new boots but the mod is a huge improvement. Gunsmoke was perfect last weekend rode with Terry, Thomas,Tom, Tim. The T-Boys. The groom was perfect for testing my new 158 Madd,and 168 Swoard. Monday was empty as allways.Gunsmoke is still happening.Danny kass won silver so I hope they don't cater to his jumping needs. Frank
