I'll be at gunsmoke sat.sun.mon. Word is that they are going to make jumps on gunsmoke at sometime for a big event so I want to milk it while the milking is good.

I had a blast testing the new 170 CODA today at Mammoth I put it in some steep terrain and pushed it hard and fast for my first run it handled the speed well The long split tail flexed and molded to the terrain and made riding the chop and crud effortless.In the groom I tried to push it on the nose but it likes to be ridden more at the center and off the tail.I didn't have time to test the 190 but the 170 proved to be a good all mountain board.Keep a eye on Chad and his new sticks. Neil, Missed you guys again saw the weather and decided to go up sunday night. Rode some of the best pow in years on monday they opened the top of the mountain at 10:30 we made first tracks off the top of cornice bowl I was on my 178 OSIN Tuesday was the carving day. Frank

Neil, Yeh that was me I rode Mammoth in the morning and june in the after noon. Wow killer snow my son rode deer bowl and I got some runs on gunsmoke and bodie.I saw someone on a tinkler Neil what else do you have hiding in the closet? Looks like a sweet board.Today the top was all closed the wind was insane did one run a came home but had two awesome days of carving with my son.

Just got back good seeing carve crew snow was perfect. I like uncrowded conditions but hope they can stay alive with these tuff times. They let 100 staff off last week and are only grooming a few runs these days. I'll be back up soon.Neil stub looked like its working well for you I like the way nose engages into the turn fallowed with a nice clean arc.More snow on the way.

Carvedog, That is the factory sticker the board is a Hasco NOS from 03 never ridden. It was a back up board for my other 188 just incase I broke the tail but that never happened so I'm doing some spring cleaning. Frank

Tim, Looking good on your bike I did alot of riding this summer.I've got four Ducatis now so did alot of riding behind my house on highway 33 up the gorge. You'll have to come visit me and we'll go riding.I'm heading on up next weekend with Terry its DUMPING right now.Let me Know when you want to go and we can take my truck. Frank

Tim, Brian,Neil, Just got back snow was fun today stayed firm and fast all day.Sunday was ok. But new system was moving in as we left should snow about 1ft. might go up next weekend keep you posted.I almost put every thing away but its still happening.I'm not ready for summer. Frank

Yes thats true I prefer 12 scr for ec.They have their own style of riding which is very much like ec where they are doing laid out turns but in short burst of energy were the swoard holds better on the heelside and takes up more of the slope.I would consider the #Two a good all mountain board that handles crowds well but can still hold an edge when you want to push it hard.I also rode my 163 Tommahawk 21 waist 9.5 scr that handled the same way.So I guess for that type of board you do have a lot of options.I wish I could help you more but as the snow started to firm up later in the day I was in the parking lot working over time switching bindings ,boots, bts springs I wanted to ride as many boards as I could in one day.I finish the day on my 173 Virus Black Death it was like driving a Ferrari compared to a VW rabbit.
