  1. Happy to help! I actually saw your board at Sean's factory, ready to ship out. The plates will be perfect for it.
  2. Prior ATV 167 $275 SOLD Waist 23.5 SCR 9.5 Picked this up a month ago and it's now redundant in my quiver. Very sound with tons of life left--but shows a good amount of cosmetic wear. Topsheet has a scuff near the logo and the normal chips along the edge. Bottom has some long, shallow scratches that should come out with a tune. Edges are thick and sharp. From the looks of it, I don't think the board has ever had a grind or sharpen. I'll grab some better pics soon (these are from the previous owner.)
  3. Agreed about the Calibers. Salomon should be ashamed to call them "stiff" bindings. Heelside they're okay, but toeside. :barf:It's difficult to ride with the stiffness being so uneven.
  4. Hey Slopestar, you got em! :) Send me a PM and we'll set up the transaction.

Yes. Need to scrape the wax off the pow board though.
  6. FedEx is best. USPS has too many size restrictions for international packages--I've had trouble shipping snowboards with them. UPS has too many fees.
  7. Hi All, I have an extra set of these. I've only used them a handful of times. They're in great shape with only one small mark from a binding screw. Yellow rings. Asking $125 shipped in the US. Thanks!
  8. Hi Bryan, It's yours! Paypal to my gmail as gift is fine.
  9. I have a JJA BX, which probably isn't a good comparison to the board you're considering. That being said, it is nicely built and crazy fast.
  10. Or parenthood! ;) I've noticed a lot less gear being put up for sale in the classifieds, which surprises me given the economy.
  11. M/L is their smaller size. It may handle up to about a size 9 (US), but it would be pushing it's max.
  12. Still available. "Won't someone give me a good home, please?!" ~the snowboard
  13. Ha Ha! I agree though. I'm not even sure what snowboarding is anymore. Skiing seems like a sport, and kids starting out treat it as such. Snowboarding is more of an excuse for teenagers to hang out--nothing wrong with that, but don't expect anyone to take it seriously. It's the difference between taking a sport after school and going to hang out at the mall. I think Sean has it nailed too. The snowboarding industry has become the equivalent of the fast food industry. I just hope resorts don't start banning us again if the tide turns too dramatically.
  14. Might be a bit big for softies, but.... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Burton-Coil-73-Snowboard-never-ridden-no-reserve-/130830416048?pt=Snowboarding&hash=item1e7619b8b0
  15. Thanks! I'm mostly interested in the waist width, but any other specs you can find would be helpful too.
  16. From my test ride today, I'd say Gord is right-on about the SBX. It's surprisingly fun to ride at high or low speeds--if the conditions are right. (And by "right" I mean groomed.) I could see my legs getting tired quickly riding clumpy, bumpy snow. Ultimately, I think a heaver or aggressive rider would get the most out of it.
  17. Well, I'll be able to give you an SBX/ATV head-to-head comparison very soon ;) Just by looking at the SBX, I can see why others have given those reviews. It has a short nose, and is quite stiff from tip to tail. Even though it's older, it was obviously a serious BX board in its day.
  18. Hi Kab, Thanks! But I found both a Supercross and an ATV :D I'll be having fun this winter. I do know that a few other folks are looking for Supercrosses, so I'm sure yours will sell if you post it on Bomber. The price range for a Supercross on good condition, only needing alight tune, seemed to be about $125 to $200. Good luck!
  19. Hit the Beast on Friday. The hill is looking great. Should be even better with the additional snow this weekend.
  20. "Garage - the one in the classifieds looks intriguing." Yes, yes it does ;) And you can get it for cheap! If you go with a Donek, can't go wrong with a Razor.
