Is it "Race Base" that has a shop in the back of a patio furniture store?

Anyone got any good experience with local tuners recently?

Thanks, Bryan

They also design their own tuning tools. Last I checked a full tune was $50 but they do the best job around, possibly best in the N/W.

Perfect! That's the place. Thanks Keenan, much appreciated.

Guess I need to get down there before the winter season wraps up.

"Race Base" was an old ski shop in Portland back in the day.

They did a horrid job of adding a set of inserts to my SG Cult. Used ski inserts instead of t-nuts and didn't even cut them flush to top sheet. Had to have my local shop remove them and do it correctly. That was in 2008 though.

+1 on Race Place grinds and edge work. Never had them do any repairs of a more serious nature such as replacing an edge, adding inserts, etc...

P.S. Downright icy on Leeway today, everything else on the front side was covered death cookies

Powder! !! Cold dry snow, am, 4" in 12 hours , 7" in 24 hrs. Most areas felt more like 6-8" with some deeper areas.

Pine Martin was really stacked up with everyone waiting for Outback to open. Somewhat windy but not by Mt Bachelor standards :)

Had a fun day , rode Rainbow to get some untracked. Headed home around one.

Easy drive both ways. Enjoyed getting a chance to visit briefly with Don R. and Evan. Good times!!

Hard to believe , you haven't gotten any takers. I would love to get down there. My back has not been happy lately.

Hey Keenan, that's a great offer. I'd be down there in a flash if I didn't have to work all the time. :(
