And it has a cool story behind it, it's basically a collaboration between the monks and Sierra Nevada Brewery with part of the proceeds going to restore an ancient monastery. It's a Peppered Porter, using mostly green chiles it seems. Beautiful, incredibly subtle beer with a depth of flavor that blew me away.
