AcousticBoarder
To clarify, I don't plan on actually mounting them over my bed, I would just like something secure for them so in theory I could haha. They may end up going over my desk above my computer, still trying to decide. Leash idea may work pretty well. The link is broken, I think you were trying to send this? http://www.amazon.com/Bordz-up-BORDZUP-SNOWBOARD-STORAGE-RACK/dp/B000TAR978 And so it seems like it would work, as the first picture is at an angle :)
Corey
Yup, that's the one. I recall some pictures on here, maybe earlier in this thread. I almost bought a couple, but then I talked with my wife. Nope.

workshop7
I built it last month and left a spot open for the MK.
www.oldsnowboards.com
Really nice, are you concerned about the dividers getting broke off?
workshop7
The top spacer is cut from a single sheet of plywood. The bottom one is as well. If something breaks or if I want to change the spacing configuration than I just remove them from the 2x4 they are screwed to in the back and install a new one. Love the video. I knew someone had to do it.
darko714
Question (sort of on-topic): Is it okay to lean your boards against the wall and leave the bindings on all summer?
www.oldsnowboards.com
Not ideal storage , however , most will see little change. You have raised two separate and distinct issues. If you don't mind more "Binding suck" dimple , possible frozen mounting bolts, slight loss of camber (very small) that you should be fine!! 2000$ board? 200$ board? A few searches here will provide plenty of ideas and opinions.

Corey
Nice stuff! LOL at the crutches in the corner! Hopefully they get limited usage compared to the rest of the rack. ;) My only concern is that snow still on the boards will drip into the boots below. I now have another fall project. I've been stacking my boards horizontally on some cheap wall brackets, but it's a pain as I don't have enough room between the shelving below and the low basement suspended ceiling.
