Pour aider l'organisation du logement et du covoiturage, on va faire une liste des gens allant au ECES à Stratton (22 au 26 février). Normalement on arrive le dimanche soir (on fait l'épicerie, on s'installe, on met les fix sur nos planches, on boit de la bière) et on quitte le vendredi en après-midi, on ride du lundi au vendredi inclus. En parenthèse, il y a le nombre de jours qu'on y va. Il y a des condos pour 2,3,4 personnes, certains 5 (divan). Il devrait y avoir un thread en anglais pour le logement. L'an dernier Max a loué un chalet avec la gang d'Ottawa (des gens super cool). Si vous avez des questions , partez-un autre thread et gardons celui-ci pour établir la liste de gens venant au ECES. Le ECES est un bel événement, la montagne est super pour carver, il y a les démos et c'est abordable.

I agree with jng, do trips. If you've never been to SES, try it. Or any big resort you've never been. If money is no problem, try the Alps.

Toe lift on front foot and heel lift on back foot allows you to have a wider stance. Of course it's a personal preference.

Going back to stepins, looking for F2 stepins medium. Can also exchange with F2 bails binding.

Je vais prendre un luxury mv 27 et un dreamliner mv 26, ma botte est une upz 26.5. There is no weight recommandation on the F2 website. The carver.si website says the 158 is for 60+kg (132+pounds). I'm 160 pounds and I found the board stiffer than my custom Coiler Angrry made for my weight. Let me know if you need more info/pics.

I was unable to open my cable lock once, I went to the rentals and explained that to the staff, they lend me pliers.... I could have cut any cable lock at the station and runaway with skis or snowboards. For me , Skikey rules !

I've ridden all last year with F2 standard bindings, for me the added flex does not match the ease of use of the stepin. I'd like to exchange 2 pairs of F2 medium standard for the stepin version. One of the pair was bought new last year.

I'm using F2 titanium binding with my race boards, I was thinking of using the F2 Carve/Intec RS binding with my all mountain/powder board. Any feedback on this binding for a 165 pound rider ?
