  1. I think that was Kevin aka "Ice", rumour has it he always rides like he's out of control, hopefully he will come over from the other side of the divide at least once more this season. mario
  2. bad enough I'm leaving the crew alone on my new job for wed/thur/fri, it wouldn't inspire too much confidence in boa if the fearless leader is gone on day one, now would it? See you on tuesday eve. mario
  3. changed my plans, see you at 8:30
  4. Really fast film and reflexes:rolleyes:
  5. If that is in fact your real name, do you have a pair? You talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?( No sashaying allowed big boy!) Think you can handle the infinately variable side cut on that awesome ride? I'm thinking wednesday at highlands so all can see. Be sure to take advantage of that rest day on tuesday, you are going to need it! mario photographer of record to the insane preformance of the Dt custom
  6. but what really helped me this season was an unplanned trip into the trees that gave me a concussion and a few other lumps and bumps. I had been lectured about being on the nose by the following in alphabetical order : Bola, D.T., Inkaholic, Joel P, Pcdenver...., but it took that offpiste excursion for me to realize that getting low and staying centered was the best way for me to improve. Ride with others and listen to their advice, even if it may seem silly and simple, but most importantly, take the time to hear what they are telling you. It can save you a lot of agony. mario
  7. on my tanker, I don't think its much of an issue. mario
  8. It adds a whole new dimension to your riding. You will be amazed, maybe even astonished. Just do it. mario
  9. A friend of mine nearly had to give up windsurfing and mountain biking due to incapacitating low back issues, he recently got on a combobble board from the lower back store and has not had any problems since, might be worth investigating. mario
  10. You should see all of the squished mice on the 24 hrs of moab course, and then there was the road kill rabbit I bunny hoppped on a ms ride .... mario
  11. Happy Birthday Mr. Segress! looks like some one is going to get a few free pints @ ses, I know I owe you at least one. mario
  12. Your shoulders were the first thing that I noticed also, get thy down hill hand away from the snow and go for that board edge and your shoulders will be more parallel with 'um slope. Keep a mental picture of Eric J's avatar in yo' cranium. It is something that I have been working on lately, along with breathing, lifting/pushing my toes, driving my feet foward to finish the turn...... nice inclination on the board! mario
  13. Welcome back Mr. Blake, I do appreciate your insight. mario
  14. how could anyone not like shakes the clown, its got roving bands of clowns dishing out a world of hurt to mimes. how could that not put a smile on your face? nobody i know likes mimes, i know i don't. mario

  17. Sell the condo in centennial and move to summit county. Far less driving, empty trails in the summer and no need for a second place to stay in the winter. mario
  18. I feel so inadequate:lol: The 87w is my all mountain board, it carries my large butt very nicely in the deep, and carves some wicked trenches when asked. If I could only have a one board quiver it would be a tanker mario
  19. Thanks for the video Tom! I love how it catches that lovely loveland weather!:)
