  1. Ink,

The big f2 is probably going to be the every day board, thinking of letting fcII go later this season for one of those sg's, maybe the big one. After some of the bs we put up with yesterday, I am looking foward to two weeks in the windward isles, rum, sailing, diving ect.... and more snow, a bts, less racers and more terrain upon my return. Thanks again for your humble nature, and with that all of the advice you have shared with me, I am beginning to feel like I can carve.

  2. Naw, this was a fellow who was banned several times by the mods. I had tried to resolve the situation via email, but after being ignored for a week and change while he was still posting on other threads here, I called him out.

The sad and unfortunate truth that he was and perhaps still is a pro racer... and to my knowledge, the only one who has ever come to BOL and deserved to be treated like crap... and he TOTALLY brought it on himself.

F****y A****a I think, I remember that. I have bought a few things here, traded afew, and sold a few, on the whole a positive experience though I do owe someone in canada a few beers at ses due to an error on my part.

  3. I wouldn't mind the idea of BBQ/beer and what not during Keystone night carving on wedensday with Fin and maybe if im lucky, lowell (ill have hunt him down and plead wiht him to come). tho its more likely well go the bar instea dof bbq cuz itd be damn warmer. :)

    Lee,

I think that may be a little tough to pull off with most of us coming from the front range, and on a school night. When we get this put together you are more than welcome to join us.

  4. Why don't you and bpc (notice it's in lower case ;) ) ride together and I'll pick-up Inky at El Rancho?

I looked at the forecast for this weekend and I suspect he might be climbing.

    I'll give him a shout.

  5. Mario, I have no doubt this is true in typical Colorado conditions. Something a little quicker edge-to-edge would be beneficial for the poorer half of the conditions spectrum in Oregon.

That is correct Mike, we are a little spoiled out here, and I only take that board out on softer days. I didn't pay attention to where D-Shack was from,

    my bad

  6. Yo inky

got some new ureathane heels collecting dust in my basement, they are yours. Don't be a wimp, bring'um hardboots. pc is in the lineup for sat., and the question is if d can keep it on the trail. :p :eplus2:

ps need a ride? Pete is poolin with me, and i can throw one of the seats back in the element. 6:35ish @ el rancho deluxe? have the heels in front of me, new last season, ten days tops :biggthump

  7. Broke out the 186 speedster today for day two. Rode spillway and richards, two trails that have intimidated me in the past, with power speed and beauty

(well maybe not beauty) I'm thinking I like bigger boards. Conditions were much better than I expected given the warm temps and lack of cloud cover since last monday. The only downside is the increase in ski teams starting their early season training. Nothing like afew b-liners to keep you on your toes.

    P.S. Hey Thor,

I talked to Dustin while he was at Bola's carassing that which you covet.

just thought I would let you know, she's a 'ho :eplus2:

  8. ... but you can't draw me into a debate here because (A) I am sorely outnumbered and would get crushed

    GO ROCKIES!!!

You know I have your back Thor. I live about five minutes from coors field,(Rusty is about 41/2) and have been to a minimal aount of games lately. I got tired of First place on memorial day to the basemnt on the fourth of july. So yea, I am on the band wagon. It has been amazing to see the rockheads take down my beloved phillies in three to watching byrnes make the final out in the nlcs. ROX or sox, it should be a fun ride either way.

  9. Bola

I talked to two of the riders, Matt, and I didn't catch the other guys name. I was quite pleased with how I rode yesterday, because I have not spent that much time getting ready this year. I hav'nt even been riding my skateboard.

Pete is up there now,and from what I can see from the cams It looks like its still snowing.I will get a report from him later. No bigge Steve, hopefully you'll be riding soon.

  10. Got out for the first day this season today, and got in about 10,000 vertical before the jacka$$ factor got too high. Coverage at my favorite local resort was very nice. Spillway and Richards were added in addition to catwalk, mambo, and homerun, and the rest of the mountain was looking really white. If The next storm drops as much as predicted, I'm thinking 2 and 6 will be open, and quite possibly 4 By next weekend, not too bad for this early in the season. If what I was overhearing in the lift line is any indication, A-Basin sacrificed a lot of quality in order to be first. I did not see any rocks, and coverage was run wide, not the usual white ribbon of death. By the way, it was windy. I wouldn't want any of the regulers to be disappointed. :biggthump
