If you are able to scribe a clean arc across the hill both toeside and heelside, you can make your board turn tighter simply by tilting it higher. More tilt = tighter turn; less tilt = longer turn.
Practice on mellow, wide groomers, and when you get the shorter turn dialed toeside and heelside bring it to progressively more challenging slopes.
