  1. Has anyone ever heard of the snowboard maker called Light? I came across one called the intense series. Has anyone ever seen or ridden one or know anything about them?
  2. That should say affordable, but they might be adorable to some.
  3. I have an older but very very clean full Burton set up, very adorable start up.what sizes do you need?
  4. Hi. I'll take it for 10, and wear it just to confuse people.
  5. Get back to me if you haven't sold the wheelie bag.thanks
  6. You didn't use it, but did you buy it used?
  7. hi. i noticed you were in nj. there is a small group of nj hardboot guys on this forum if you check out the rides section of the forum. then ny,nj,ct then the riding at moutain creek post. hope you check it out. ralph

  8. close up pics of the bindings please. if you dont mind divulging, what is better about the td3s over the td2 that got you out of what i thought was a very good binding. thanks, rb
  9. Hunter this weekend is looking less likely for me too, I was just given the total for our week in okemo and if course we spent hundreds more than expected. But, we'll see.
  10. Hey,I am likely going to hunter this Saturday or Sunday.more likely Sunday.
  11. Good to hear.thanks for the leg work. I would love to try border cross.but unlikely as it involves shaping the course. Let's just all hit gates at , see what happens.he he
  12. Yes, it's an older crowd in general. But there are families. And they know they need a younger element. About the movie, I personally haven't seen any better ski/ride movies than Warrens. And yes I own a copy of Flight. I don't think any insult was intended there, Warren just trends toward skiing. Grobm, yes, I'd like to meet your friend and ride tuxedo some Monday, most likely next year as it's getting warm quickly.
  13. I can offer $40 shipped to 07401. Sorry, not much but I would be waiting a handful of years in hopes that one of my kids wants to ride it. But, i promise it will go to a good home and be properly cared for, and if needed, go on to be donated to a friends child who might wish to try carving out. I've got to think, at these low dollar amounts, seeing that a good rare board gets used is at least as important. take care, thanks rb
  14. also, a friend brought me to a ramapo ski club meeting in ramsey. Very nice group of folks, and very active, lots of trips, but very much ski-centric, but open and inviting to boarders, a very affordable way to stay/ski/ride in vermont. But, their lodge is on mad river glen...anybody now why I said "but"?? That is one of the few remaining "no snowboard" resorts! Not a huge problem as s Sugarbush is 15 minutes down the road. I mention the Ramapo ski club for to reasons; A. could be a viable option as an active affordable club if I had a handful of like minded boarder friends B. (and more relevant) they had mentioned Monday night "fun racing" at tuxedo ridge which had beer and wingers after for like $15 total. I never made it there this season, so I cant say what it was like. They mentioned a "more serious" sort of racing night at Mountain Creek, I believe that was on wednesdays? anyone familiar with either of these or interested in the checking out the club next year??
  15. hey, cool thanks. I would just like some gates and a timing device and hopefully someone around to tell me all the things I'm doing incorrectly. Any higher aspirations would end me up crippled or divorced or both.
  16. Hey guys. I gather this is a junior program you are developing. I (43 year old) would like to practice racing on my board. Any ideas where I could do that?
  17. could you see what shipping would be to 07401, thanks rb
  18. Mind giving me a little more info on the fp? Mainly, as it would be a beater twin of a newer fp for thin cover days. But that said, even $5 spend on a board that is too spent to do the job it was built to do. Any pop left? Any metal left? How much to get it to 07401 please?
  19. I wish I could come up with any non sense reason to grab this board...beautiful, qality freeride board at a steal price. But too many boards...waiting for my 15 minutes of fame when the show "board hoarders" comes out ;-)
  20. There was still snow on Sunday. Some very thin parts that were highly traffic but granite was nice. That was all we did. I see it from the season pass perspective...how else could I enjoy this fun outside for just the cost of gas? And if you go to taco hombre after,a healthy dinner is cheap too.
  21. i will be up there in an hour or so, BUT I am merely working with my 4 and 6 year old. I will keep my eyes open for any hardbooters and if someone yells "Yo, Hardbooter!" It's me trying to introduce myself. Otherwise we will be playing dodge the grassy spots.
  22. Pretty board. Any knowledge about how she rides? likely a cambered board? I'm guessing it is an all (smallish) mountain that's fine on small jumps?
  23. Thank you very much for the detail. I hope it hold up for tomorrow am.
