    Yo Lci!!

LCI, just a fair warning, I'm headed your way Dec. 6 -16 again this year. Staying in Dillion & have Lovey 4 Paks, but will ride anywhere conditions are good. Started sorting through my 'stuff' to pack (need to stay off of fleabay who bought all this crap) and wondered if anyone there has any interest in trying the latest (Revision VIII) Gizmo's ? If their is interest (anyone welcome to demo, would like to get feedback from a couple of the Ladies) I'll pack a couple of sets, if not, I won't bother. Hope the divide is getting hammered and praying that the conditions are as good as last year Take Care / Be Safe -- jp1
  2. Cool, I always wanted to try milling (2) angled slots in the tail of an old Alpine (rock) board to scoop up the snow to make a rooster tail
  3. Jack, thanks for checking my account. I just tried again and got the same message. I'm the first to admit I am computer illeterate, but it says "Logged in as jp1" and my handle shows up on the bottom of the page, that coupled with the fact that I can post here leads me to believe that I am logged in, no ? I also thought it was strange that it shows 2 replies to the original post and there are none (on my computer anyway). That and the fact that the question was posed 3 weeks ago and their are NO replies, seems strange to me?? Has anyone tried posting a reply to the 2012 ECES, Who's coming post by Surf Quebec ? Thanks Again, not trying to be a pain in the azz, just trying to show my interest in ECES -- jp1
  4. ursle, thanks but I don't think that's it. I just tried again and got same message, but I'm posting here so obviously am 'logged in' no Guess I'm just one of those people that should ever touch 'anything' electronic ! :o
  5. I tried to reply to the "2012 ECES, Who's coming" post (several times) I get the following message: jp1, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. Maybe that's why nobody has replied to Stephane in 3 weeks West Coast Conspiracy :D Or was I a bad boy don't know it :D Guessing it's just a glitch Thanks -- jp1

    2011/2012

Nick, I may do the same next season. I had already purchased my Early-Bird pass when I got Camelback's email & pricing (substantially lower). While CB is further in mileage, timewise it's about the same as Blue for me. I do like Blue's terrain choices better but I'm :( of some of their schenanigans and pricing. CB lets pass holders on the slopes earlier than the general public also Keep us posted.
  10. " It all went to a good home..." Don Hey Don, old buddy ole Pal, can I borrow the ------------- ;) ;)
  11. The day before I do the job I plan on hitting all relevant bolts with some de-siezing fluid and tapping them all a bit with a mallet to work it in. Hopefully that will make dealing with the bolts the next day a bit easier and quicker. I'll repeat the process in the morning before I begin. Jose, don't be afraid to soak them WELL a few days ahead of time & don't use a mallet, use a hammer, the 'shock' is what helps loosen them. IF you feel (which comes from experience mainly) that something ugly is going to happen, it probably is. If you feel the fastener tighten up after it has initially broke loose, don't be afraid to stop trying to loosen it and tighten it back up, spraying it liberally with penetrating fluid (PB Blaster seems to work as well as anything I've ever used) and work it 'back & forth' (loosening & tightening) until it starts to 'free-up'. Good Luck, enjoy the broken knuckles :D.........
  12. teach, postpone your trip until early Dec. Instead of riding Camelback we can ride the 'big hills'........ Oh yea, (2) 4-Paks are better than a 6 pack.
  13. I agree with queequeg. Sean @ Equipe does very good work, and Equipe supports ECES ..
  14. I'll second the recommendation on 'Sean @ Equipe' at Stratton ! Sean does a very nice job, and Equipe supports ECES...
