  1. Check the latest post about the calendar . She appears to have the goods for sure...Defenitely a nice female addition to any nastar team..Maybe she knows how to ride that renntiger!
  2. I had one of those world cups as my first snowboard which I loved and still have the flame. Very fun to ride for quick edge to edge short radius carving. Very well made as well. Edge hold not too good though. I still have a set of those bindings but mine are oxygen step ins with the spring loaded toe bail. I believe they are made by fristchi (SP) kind of scary if you ask me but amazingly, I never broke them. (I weigh over two bills). Those are the same bindings as oxygen just different color! There are two sets of two bottom rings that you are missing that will allow you to change the canting and one of them is a rubber washer.
  3. Are you sure thats an all mountain 177? It doesnt look like one. It also says free carve on the top sheet. If it is a free carve it could be a 178 and waist width should be 18.7 and scr 10.5 which looks about right from the photos. Unless its a custom. I have a coiler all mountain 177 and it does not look anything like that.
  4. Board is sold! Thanks for the emails. Thanks Darek
  5. Guys I am getting a few emails...Derek has first dibs. I am waiting back for his reply as he was the first. cloner 8888 I think this would be a good beginners carving board for someone of your size. I was actually getting ready to get a friend setup on it that was just starting out. I think you are second In line if Derek falls through. Thanks Mike
  6. For sale New Oxygen 170 2002 limited edition here are the specs: Overall length: 170 Tip Width: 23.4 Waist width: 18.3 Tail width: 23.7 Effective edge: 153 SCR: somewhere around 11.2 I read somewhere around here that they only made 230 of them but not really sure about that. It is new so I can't say how it rides. I have ridden the oxygen kr70 and the dangerous which seem to have similar specs but those were sandwich but both held well and were softer and this one is cap construction . The board flexes nice and the tip seems stiff enough.I would love to keep it but I have too many boards and will never ride it. 200$ plus shipping.
  7. Gracias for the info. That includes Lee... :D
  8. That site looks good with a good selection. I have never seen it before. The only issue I see is Qty.The minimum you can get is 100 units. Thanks Mike
  9. Ben- Thanks for the offer of the hardware. I do have the original screws and T-nuts. I am also waiting for Fin to get stock of new Intec heels so I should be ok. I used to work in a shop and had access to different sizes of t-nuts and hardware but I don't really have that luxury any more. If you know a good source that would be appreciated. Thanks also for the advice about the heels. I kinda figured it would be a bad idea to drill the intecs, hence the post.
  10. Thanks for the replies guys (Cfj04). I wont use the existing screws on the boots or drill the Intecs. Dsub- yes those are the screws that come with the heels. When I took the heel off It gave me a bit of a shock too. That is a coiler AM 177 and a F2 RS with the conshox and td2's on it in the background it looks pretty trick. In the past I have always drilled out the boots a bit and t-nutted my intecs. These boots are different though. One thing that bothers me about it is that the hole is quite a bit bigger than the bolt and t-nut that comes stock with the Intecs. I am thinking about trying to find a slightly larger screw and tnut with the same size head so I dont have to drill the intecs and attach them using blue loctite. Oh yeah I dont think I will be able to use my zip fit liners in them since the tounge has too much material and they smash the top of my foot. Probably will have to invest in new thermafits.
  11. Has anyone here attached intec heels to the new UPZ boots? I am trying but the screws that they come with are quite a bit bigger including the head of the screw. They come with a screw that is threaded into the plastic that is quite burly. I am thinking I have two options 1. T nut it with a different bolt (but the hole is already drilled out larger than what I need) Or 2. Drill out the intec heel holes to accomodate the larger screw (seems kind of sketchy to me but probably the only option). Any advice would be greatly appreciated from anyone that has faced this. thanks Mike
  12. cash sent not sure whats the deal? Thanks Mike

  14. If my memory serves me that board was from 96-97. I got to ride a new one around then. It seemed like a good intermediate carving board.

  17. yo erik I sent you a message. I am not sure if your bomber email is enabled Mike
  18. plain and simple people are just plain nuts! Snow is one thing but that takes balls on a bicycle with limited suspension. Erik the solution to your problems is to get high speed. But the more I think about it its probably not available in your area. DSL is 15 bucks a month.
  19. I am 37, and proud to be part of the prevalent IT contigent that seems to lurk around here. I work as a network administrator from a cube of course! I was a skier first but tried a carving board in 93' and have been hooked ever since. My first board was a F2 World cup beamer.
