  1. Louise would be my preference over Sunshine, especially with all of the crap around the patrol last year. Snow conditions will dictate though! I have a massive ski box this year, so 3 seats for carpooling and lots of space for gear.
  2. AM for sure... Get those calves ready for the cat tracks. Lots of moguls too so a softie wouldnt be a terrible idea if you have one. Try Cedar House for a fancy dinner with the wife. Nick
  3. $40-50 is what I get with Canada Post for Expedited Parcel in 5 days (might be longer through customs.) There is a discount through PayPal for most packages (usually $5-10 off).
  4. There are a few cosmetic hairline cracks around the binding holes and one near the tip. Edges are in excellent condition and base doesn't appear ever to be ground. $100 plus shipping from Calgary, AB. <table style="width:auto;"><tbody><tr><td></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From Instant Upload</td></tr></tbody></table> <table style="width:auto;"><tbody><tr><td></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From Instant Upload</td></tr></tbody></table> <table style="width:auto;"><tbody><tr><td></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From Instant Upload</td></tr></tbody></table>

    Snow!

I have the clunker from the ski swap, but my wife has new skis and doesn't want to use rock skis. We're second guessing and saving maybe for December!! :(

    Snow!

Nakiska is apparently opening up top on the weekend. I'll bet the wife will want to go... if anybody is digging out a rock board, see you there. Nick
  7. Maybe combine what we both said... the flattening paper for concave scraper is just drywall sandpaper. I usually use a metal scraper for one pass after that, but the Toko tool would do a much better job.
  8. I can't speak to most of what you are asking, but I usually use a colder temp wax or melt in some graphite just an inch along the edges. This gives good glide on the flats and some added protection on the edges. Best suggestion for scraper is to glue some fabric back sandpaper to a piece of glass. Most glass shops will have long skinny strips leftover from tables and such.
  9. Its all good. I'm going to at least go to a fitter with both pairs. See you in Jan... its a total blast. The pic above will be my new coiler soon... gotta grow the quiver before babies!
  10. Incompatible with Burton without different cants. Still for sale. Nick
  11. Gary, have you been out with the local crew? I just started up last year and they are fantastic to ride with. Good luck selling the BX. I saw it too and it looks good
  12. Just posted in Buy Sell. $80 plus shipping from Calgary, AB. Nick
  13. Just posted some TD1's in the buy sell. $80 plus shipping from Calgary AB. Paypal only. Thx, Nick
  14. 0 degree cants. In very good condition, usual wear and tear. <table style="width:auto;"><tbody><tr><td></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From Instant Upload</td></tr></tbody></table>
  15. Thanks for the reply. They may actually work well for me with my knee problems, and the BTS.
  16. Picked up a pair that appear unmolded from the local ski swap today. They are exactly the right size. Without molding, they feel a bit snug volume-wise with a bit of heel movement. Is the lack of wrap going to make a big difference? For $50 I was willing to give it a go. Nick http://www.intuitionliners.com/freeride_page.htm
  17. Sold. Will be in the mail in 10 min.
  18. http://www.swmanufacturing.com/part_photo.asp?pid=BSMNYLA13&PROD_ID=127&TYP_ID=3 It might be a bit too high... there are lower profile ones out there. http://www.swmanufacturing.com/part_photo.asp?pid=SMDLP0-A2&PROD_ID=144&TYP_ID=5 This might be more like it. Can somebody confirm that the screw size is indeed M10? I remember seeing it in a post recently, but can't find it.
  19. Thanks for the reply. The screw is correctly mounted (rounded side toward boot and hex side toward the world). Photos to come when I have a bit of time!! I'm going to look for something resembling what one would use as a self-leveling foot for a bench or table. Thanks all for the ideas.
  20. I just posted a pic in the buy sell. Adjustment is done a few ways... screws to adjust forward back movement. Plastic plates for lift and cant. Shipping to Ottawa could be 10 bucks... if you pay PayPal, there is a discount for Canada Post. http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=34987
  21. In great shape. Upgraded to Sidewinders for my bad knee. They are in great shape and come with a variety of cants and shims (possibly not every combo!) Standard bails. I've added a loop of elastic cable that greatly enhances entry. Shipping from Calgary, AB. Price not negotiable... I'm selling to buy a second board kit. No sale: these will be on the second board!
  22. Same thing happened with the SnoPros and is happening again with the Sidewinders. I'm thinking about either attaching a small piece of plastic to the boots or enlarging the contact area of the screw on the toe bail by using some kind of bolt and a piece of plastic or wood. My preference is not to alter the boots permanently. Any thoughts? Any DIY pics of what you've done in a similar situation. I have new to me Sidewinders and Suzukas. Nick
  23. I have some Snow Pros in good condition that I'll sell for $100 plus shipping. Nick
