  1. Bob, I will be there with the d-team until noon but am willing to try "human slalom" for a few runs.
  2. Hey Brad, I wish your son a speedy recovery. I really don't know what to say. My best friend (43 y.o.) had a stroke last year and all the early warning signs we kind of passed off. It was during deer season, cold on one side, tired, difficulty walking. Didn't think much of it. Two days after the season closed he was in the hospital. My prayers go out to you and your family. That is all I can say for now, hits too close to home.............BE STRONG Kenton
  3. Saturday, Buck Hill had "Premature Jibulation". Three rails on a thirty foot wide patch of snow. At least 150 competitors, and by the end of the day they were pretty much riding on mud.
  4. Tried to email thru bomber but it is not turned on. I will be at buck on Sat from 9-3. Send me an email and we'll make arrangements to meet up.
  5. That would be great! Let me know if Ms. Bobble is successful. Thanks, Kenton
  6. Posted this in off topic also, but was wondering if someone could pick me up a cities sampler at Target tomorrow morning (they sell out at about 8:05). I can't make the trip up from Rochester. I will be in Burnsville Saturday and could pick it up then and will bring your favorite ale for the effort. Kenton
  7. Anyone??????????? I'll throw in a Mcdonald's gift card and an autographed Barry Manilow photo.
  8. Was wondering if anyone from the cities would be willing to be at Target at 8am tomorrow and pick me up a copy of the cities sampler. I can't make it up from rochester because of work. A big "THANK-YOU" and a 12 pack of your favorite ale for the effort. I will be in Burnsville on saturday and could pick it up then. Kenton
  9. Thanks for the appreciation. Make a serviceman's day and shake their hand and say "Thank-You" as they get off the plane from an oversea rotation. My uncle was an Army combat medic in Viet Nam. I followed in his footsteps and was a Navy Corpsman (medic). Before I went to boot camp he called me up and unloaded 20 years of grief that he had never told anyone before. The night before he was supposed to come home after his third tour, his unit was ambushed and he was one of three to survive. I could rant for much longer but I will shut up for now. Service men and women don't hear thank-you enough in my opinion. Operation Desert Storm
  10. Punk, Punk, Punk,.......and maybe a little Wagner for some culture
  11. Try some Golden Monkey (12.9% it tastes better in a glass), you won't even need the Myer's.
  12. Sent three boards from MN to Washington State (I think) all packaged together for about $45 (UPS) Boards were 197,184,and 169.

Mike, Send me an email through BOL to work out the specifics and they are yours. Hell, I think that I can ship them for $5. Buy me a beer or two at OES in March and we'll call it even. Kenton

Keith..... Yes they are HB binders. If you could get discs these would work with a 4X4. I only have 3D. Nick..... I think that they would fit a MP 25 but would have to run to the shop to see if they would fit. How hard does your son ride? Kenton

Was cleaning tonight and found a pair of Burton Carriers? These are too weak for my lard a$$. 3D only. If you pay for shipping, they are your's. I seem to have a hard time posting pics, so if you need them email me through BOL. Also have a yellow Fp 167 $100 shipped. Will be out of of town Thursday thru Monday.
  17. Don't think that it was my favorite board since there wasn't anywhere to ride it in MN, (plus my life situation) but I sold my Burner 197 to Bryan (OSB). It was a sweet ride............Bryan, you may get a call later this winter about it unless you want to dicker on a Tinkler.
  18. Matt, Yup, I will be with the D-team. My hope/plan is gates every saturday, but it will be the carving cup format. I don't think it would be a problem if patrick jumped in. Copper sounds fun, let me know if you have room. I am pretty busy but might be able to swing a trip if I had enough notice. It has been an interesting past eight months. Email me through bomber and I'll fill you in. Kenton
  19. Hey Matt, Just wanted to say hi. Steeplechase closed so I will be coaching at Buck this year. Maybe will see you at the Carving Cup or some other comp. Kenton
  20. Buck Hill (MN) has put on a Carving Cup the last couple of seasons. Skiers and boarders on the same course and it is a friggen blast.
  21. I have two trucks, a 77 Dodge with a 383 V8 that probably gets about 7 miles to the gallon (of gas, not petrol), but it can move through the snow and mud. It moves alot better with 115 octane race gas but that is pretty pricey today. The other is an S10 ZR2 which probably wouldn't score high either. I am awaiting the the slap.

    Hunting

I know from last year we had a few people on here who hunt and was wondering how everyone has done so far. Duck and goose opened up today in Minnesota and we spent the day floating down a river by my house. Pouring rain, cast on my leg and to our suprise, alot of ducks. We got (three of us) 4 mallards, 3 woodies, 1 pintail and 2 geese. It was a good day. Bow season has been kind of slow, saw 6 does on opener and took a shot (off the back of my four wheeler because of the busted leg) at an 8 pointer two nights ago. This is a great time of the year, it means more food in the freezer and snowboarding is right around the corner.
