  1. Yes, the PowerPlate "plates" will attached to any TD2 or TD3 lower assembly. They are the same parts and can be used back and forth between the PowerPlate and a TD2/3 upper. You are good to go!
  2. She be yours Wolf! Understood on the "boss". I'll send it to your work and we can use that "alternate" Paypal account I am sure you have for such occasions. Trust me, we send to husbands all the time and know the rules.....;) Talk e-mail.
  3. Ah ha, caught you in my trap Kurt! Hmm, you are my "other sport" drug dealer so maybe a swap is in order. See you on e-mail.....
  4. 3dpro, It is a 21cm waist and VSR of 13M. Not sure on the weight range as it was from a batch we had made from Bruce. I am 155lb and it was not stiff at all. I am going to guess a weight range of 155 to 175? You are first 3dpro. Wolf #2 Lowrider #3 Shipping in the US should be around $30-ish...
  5. SOLD This is a 182 Coiler Monster. Metals based with all the new technology and Bruce's secret sauce. However, it was in an accident where the top sheet in the nose area took some major cosmetic damage. You can see it in the picture. Structurally the board is 100% sound and the base and edges are perfect. It is literally just the top sheet that took the hit. So she is NOT pretty but for this price, you get a VERY nice metal Coiler board that needs a home. Asking $150. Cheers,
  6. Four boards from my personal collects for sale: Sims Burner 197 - SOLD $300: Perfect shape, no damage. Tail is perfect with no cracks as some of these would get over time. Burton Race Stock 180 - $200: this was a race board used and given to me by Jasey Jay back when he races for Burton. It is a 180 and VERY stiff. It has the factory "data" graphics on it. Typical of Jasey's boards it had been tuned many times and the edges are thin. So please be aware of that. Pogo Blitz 177 - SOLD $300: another cult following board. Pogo has been making carve boards for quite some time but stays low in the German market only. Perfect shape, no damage. Riot Velocity 170 - $200: same company as Riot cayacs as the owner of Riot was a carver and wanted to make their own line of board. Very rare. Perfect shape, no damage. Let me know if any interest. Cheers,
  7. Part of my personal collection and I want to see them get a good home. The Madd 158 is the original model with the brass inserts. All inserts are 100% but you need to be very specific about the length of screw you use. If you are, no issues. Board is in fantastic shape and even comes with period correct stickers. The 170 and 180 are from the "next" generation year are also in great shape. One insert on the front pack of the 180 has some damage to the lead threads (I have marked it on the board). I have chased it with a tap and it is in good shape. But i would suggest using the longest screw it can take. Base on all these boards are near-perfect with no hits on them. Any questions let me know. The Madd Triple Threat is going for $2100. Cheers,
  8. Ha, thanks for the shout out two_ravens. And sorry we where down during the Cow Event, but looks like you are all caught up. For the record all I did for Amy Purdy was act as a machining monkey. She was getting very specialized help from people with way more skill in this than I. But I was happy to help with modifying and tweaking what she had. Correct, Sean/Donek where a much bigger part of her winning a medal at the Olympics.
  9. Yea, I watched that guy last year at the races beat everyone on his bamboo bike while everyone else was on their carbon-moonrock-uberrilium bikes. Neat to see. Of course the guy is a machine and would kill it on any bike.
  10. Check these guys out as well: http://boobicycles.com/ All they make are bamboo bikes. One of the guys who owns it lives here in Breckenridge now and is an amazing racer.
  11. Nils, We have yet to see the E-pads for the SW wear out. But not to say they cannot. I know you have had those for quite some time and you are an incredible carver who really pushes your gear. So it may be possible that the E-pad is wore out. Again have not seen this but possible as everything wears out eventually. Let me make a guess and say it is the one under the heel? Bindings see the most force here, under the heel. Drop me or Michelle a line and we'll get a your a new E-Pad and talk about checking the ones you have out.

    A-Basin

monodude is right, earlier is better. As we go longer into the spring it gets really firm in the AM and really mooshy in the PM. Still fun, but not ultimate carving. Stop by our shop in Silverthorne and say Howdy!
  13. Unicorn Poop: Then that should have been your response. I asked you, in public, to please explain what you were insinuating. The second response I got from you was one line saying “Your words, not mine”. Again, you missed an opportunity to explain, like an adult, what you thought had happened. I gave you two opportunities to “un-paint” that corner, and you chose not to take those opportunities. UP: Does starting your inquirer with “So where did the broken TD3 thread go? You know, the one that showed up juuuuuuuuuust before the board crashed?” and then when I ask you to explain you respond with “Hey, your words... not mine.” Does this seem like an innocent and reasonable way to ask what is going on? Let me help you here, try this: “Hey, it looks like a bunch of threads went missing since we came back. What’s the deal?”. Or send me an e-mail asking what happened or even ask me about the TD3 itself. Or call me at 1-970-513-7733 But I guess that bell has rung. UP: Not calling you names, just sticking to your middle-ages theme. Now as far as people jumping down others’ throats when you accuse them of using crappy gear, that happens here all the time with all manufacturers. You post something about you think Coiler or Donek or company X sucks, you will get a strong response. I would suggest getting a thicker skin and realize people have opinions and they might not match yours. And now you believe we are controlling these people and their opinions? I am not even sure how to answer that. UP: I am more than happy to answer any questions or concerns about my products. Ask here, phone me, e-mail me, etc. As long as it is asked in a civil and constructive manner. Heck, put up a thread called “Any one have issues with their TD3 Bindings?”. Dang, even I would like to read that one. If you think accusing the owner of the forum over missing threads is asking a “simple question” then I can’t help you. I am certainly one to realize even my products are not perfect and it is important to get feedback. Also, it is even MORE important that I do not abuse the forum and delete or edit anything here that could be considered negative towards my products or company. We have held that line since we started this forum back in 1999. The poster who put up the original post about the issues with the TD3 is more than welcome to repost it. And unless we get another database crash, it will stay up. Now where I DO draw the line is someone making unbacked accusations about me, my company, and my employees. And when I give them several opportunities to explain and see if I am just misunderstanding, and they take those opportunities to further their accusation, well then it is time for ….the bar analogy. Every few years, this happens. We get a member who seems to forget how a forum works. And the best way to remember is think of a forum as a bar. Inside that bar are several discussions going on at any given time. You can jump in and participate, stand at the table and only listen, or even just get up and leave. But if you start screaming at the top of your lungs, or start attacking other customer, there is a very good chance the owner is going to ask you to settle down or leave. That is right, there is an owner of every bar and that owner can choose who they will serve. And if, as in your case, you tell the bar owner (me) he is a liar and needs to “grow up”, his employees are liars (Jack and Mods), their bar stinks (BomberOnline), and then when other patrons ask you to settled down you turn to them and yell “bugger off”, how shocked are you when that owner asks you to leave? So, in the theme of a virtual bar, this is me walking you to the door, This is me opening the door, This is me putting you outside, This is me closing the door. And as the owner of this Irish Bar, owned by an Irishman, on St. Patrick’s Day….Pogue Mahone.
  14. unicorn poop: So if I understand what you are implying: - There was not issue with the database - Jack and I and all the mods here are lying - We planned this - The conspiracy here was to do all this to delete one thread because we did not like it Have I got your accusation here correct ma-lady?
  15. UnicornPoop: Seriously Unicorn Poop? We just spent the last 6 days in a panic trying to save a corrupted data base and 10+ years of posting, Jack used up all his free time at work and probably has more hours in this than anyone, I have a dozens of calls and e-mails to our host company, we are flooded with e-mails from people wondering what is up, significantly slow down traffic on our website for close to week, and just general stress by all on the back-end trying to make this work for the past 6 days. And you are claiming this is so we can wipe out a thread about our binding having an issue? We had to finally just do a mass back-up of the entire site to get it back working. This meant we lost about 1-2 days of ALL posts before this all happened. Or maybe I am not understanding your post and I am off base here. Are you serious on this accusation?
  16. Jack is the man. A little panic there but looks like we are good. What you guys did not see is Jack working some major hours on this to get it back going. I think he stretched the limits of his "free time" at his job. Huge thank you to Jack from all of us at Bomber-Land.
  17. Dang, they made it past the new challenge questions. I have temporarily turned off new registration until we can get a handle on this. Hate to do it but the Mods are loosing their minds trying to keep up. Working on it....
  18. Yea, we are working on it. We have changed the challenge questions to register so going to see if that holds it off. Just keep sending us any other spams you see and we'll kill it. Man, why would they think someone would follow a link on one of these? Weird.

    Td 3

Not to interfere but to make sure there is no confusion: those are TD3 lowers with TD2 uppers (sole blocks, bails, toe clips). Not sure if the seller is aware of this, but need to comment on this.
  20. Dude, even Bruce could not keep his hands off me....
  21. Nice job Steve! Love seeing stuff like this and even better when done well. Are you going to drive on down and come join us at SES next month? Oh, and your warrantee is SO void....;)
  22. Dave's secret is his incredible diet: Cake, cheese, and beer. This is a shot of Dave 30 minutes before he went out for this photo shoot. See you soon buddy ;)
  23. Hello Momsboard2, And welcome! There are obviously some great resources here at Bomber to help the first timer such as: http://www.bomberonline.com/resources/newcarver/new_carver.html And you can always ask questions here as all are friendly and knowledgeable.
