    Yo Lci!!

I will be riding with a skier friend Thursday so I hope to see you there. Rode the wind packed pow on Tuesday, good time. Have been training weekends at Eldora so I haven't been able to make it to the Sunday sessions.

Sorry for the LCI Rub-in photo, but it was a really nice day.

Some of us do ride during the week. This is what it looked liked today with Barb and I being the only hardbooters on the mt. This is actually steeper than it looks on Roulette under chair 6. This was one of the better carving days this season with blue skies and good snow, not too soft, not too hard. Mario's tips are good. I may be there on Thursday, if so I will look for you, however it looks more like a pow day than a carving day at this point.

Jibbers 1 LCI 0 It looks like we will no longer have the opportunity to carve turns on Roulette for the remainder of the season with the construction of the terrain park now underway. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

    Yo Lci!!

Thankful to have survived a collision with big Mario this morning with only a destroyed goggle lens, a cut on the nose and a stiff neck. Mario, I hope your jaw is ok. Merry Christmas to all!

Loveland Friday Report Temp: 32 to 37 degrees F. Sky: Mostly Sunny Wind: Yes of course Snow: Smooth and Fast but not too hard. Race Teams: None Crowds: None New Terrain: lift 2 open to midway, working on top of 2. Overall: Good day of carving on Virus 180 PGS and Kessler 162 SL
  10. I don't consider it misinformation when I have two friends that I ride with that have experienced problems with TD-3 step-in bindings on a 2011 Kessler 180 and a 2011 Virus Evolution. Frank from Virus rides Virus Bindings and Bruce from Coiler rides F2 Bindings. I have ridden with both of them and base my recommendation on discussions with them. I just feel it is better to be safe than sorry.
  11. Nice board. You may want to consider putting a lexan plate (1/4 inch) or another type of plate between the Bomber Bindings and the board. Although not as fragile as a Kessler; I have seen Virus boards destroyed (inserts pulled out and top sheet pulled up) by Bomber Bindings. I use either a lexan plate, a Vist Plate or a Kessler K-Plate Speed (copy) on my Virus Boards and have not had a problem.
  12. what cant disks are included? what color are the bumpers?

    Yo Lci!!

Wednesday report- sunny and warm. Shop demo days with lots of tents and shop people. Roulette is open and a little firm, but not bad. Public demo days this weekend.
  14. Here is a photo showing the camber. It doesn't look like much but the board is fairly stiff. I don't think it has more than 10 half days on it.
  15. Great, they are still available. Please send me an email and I will send you my contact info. What part of northern michigan are you located? I went to NMU a long time ago. thanks, Arne
  16. The board has never been ground. It has only a few days on it. I took a pic of the camber with my phone and emailed it to myself, where it disappeared into cyber space. Of course I found this out after I deleted the photo. I measured about 5/8 of an inch of camber. The board is fairly stiff. Should be good for 150 to 175 lbs. Will try the photo again on Monday, when I return home.
  17. Hi Dave, Kevin and I will be there for training on sat. and the race on sun. See you there, Arne
