I've seen those Generics boards. Are they any good? They seem a little small for me too, although I could make it work. The 152.5 is the biggest I saw. I am 6ft. and went out on a WFO 140cm earlier this year...

I think it might just be a display piece after all. We'll see though. I appreciate the advice with the drills and everything. If I ever make a move in mounting bindings, perhaps I can come up to you and learn a thing or two, then maybe hit the slopes after. I have my eyes out for a nice symmetrical board...I guess its only a matter of time... Let the filling of the quiver begin...

I am still pretty new to this alpine stuff. Been boarding for 10+ years. Learned on an old Hooger Booger in hard boots. I know there are better boards out there, and that Asym. boards are pretty much out. I don't have the money to drop on a $300 board, plus the ski areas around here are more like big hills than mountains. I guess the only reason why I would want to mount bindings on it is just to see how it rides. Compare it to the other Banana that I have. Compare it to the PJ. I am sure that once I buy a 'REAL' carving board, that I will see the light. But, I think I will go retro for now...:D BTW...thanks for all the input guys. I am still new here and don't know many people. Thanks again!
