  1. Sorry about the delay. Work sucks! :) Here is the for sale post: http://bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=35215

    FS: Intec Heels

Chris, perhaps. Can you email me your postal code? My email address is my BOL user name at gmail.com.
  3. Up for sale is a pair of used Intec heels to allow use of step-in hardboot bindings. They are a little worn but work just fine. One of the cables is getting a little frayed so it might be a good idea to replace it sooner rather than later. Sold. :)
  4. This weekend's storm doesn't seem big enough to open up much more terrain beyond what they are blowing currently (only Broadway). I'm probably heading up the weekend after, 18th. Let me know how it is if you are there next week!
  5. Second paragraph of "So why is this a benefit?" in on the product page. The description current states that it does come with both: However, that might be old text from last season since now the order form prompts you for the type of pad. Unless you're very light, get blues in my opinion for e-pads. Rings are more of a personal preference though. I like yellow rings at 180lbs, but blue epads. YMMV. :)
  6. Hey Fin, the SW product description might need to be updated. Looks like you're giving options for the e-pads now when ordering, but the description still states both are included. Just fyi. :)
  7. I don't think red e-pads exist, at least not yet (fin?). Didn't your SWs come with both blue and yellow e-pads though? Earlier orders did at least.
  8. I'll be posting a set of UPS RSVs size 26.5 up later tonight once I get some pictures.
  9. No problems doing it that way and you'll be able to utilize more of your stones, but its really worth investing in fixed guides. Those multi-tool barely get a good bite and are pain overall.
  10. I have mine as a replacement for the top power strap, so it goes outside of the shell and snugs everything up well. Also, this helps with shin bang, at least for me.
  11. Page responded! I don't need a place to crash, but I would be glad to give some pointers from my meager experience and perhaps some equipment to share. What size boots do you wear and about how much do you weigh? June has pretty prime carving terrain so you will often see more of us there.
  12. Sean, how narrow is narrow? We should avoid having the axles within our binding stance width, correct?
  13. I also tried it on a 158, a Madd classic. I actually found it to be pretty effective, but the weight was immediately noticeable for such a small board. Also, the loss of some of the hyper edge-to-edge feeling was a bit of a downer since thats what this board excels at. It definitely did add a dramatic amount of smoothness and rut busting though.
  14. Yeah, the ghetto is actually the area bounded by Manzanita, Joaquin, Main and Meridian. The village is great, cept for their four figure HOA fees. :)
  15. Not always. Mammoth is a ghost town on weekdays, but yes, a zoo on weekends or holidays. If you have the luxury to ride mid-week, you can usually have the place to yourself, perhaps except for the week of spring break. Lots of affordable short sales/foreclosures in town for the picking.
  16. You'll have a hard time finding 5mm hex heads, I think Bomber had those custom made. But, you can probably find 4mm at the length you want at http://www.mcmaster.com/
  17. I'll probably put a pair of 26.5 UPZ RSVs up for sale pretty soon. They're used but in good shape. I'll put up some pics.
  18. I'll probably be there. I expect super soft snow by 11am, and nearly unridable past 1pm.
  19. Its pretty slushy but there is a lot left. You need to follow the sun around and go higher later in the day. Next time up for me is Memorial day weekend.
  20. It will be bigger and better. Stay tuned.
  21. Okay, those of you who are bringing extra demo gear and want it transported to our base camp, please meet at the bottom of J1 at 8am. We can more easily use the cart chairs at that time, and then patrol will be helping us with a trailered snowmobile to get everything up to the base of J4. Over Saturday evening, we will be able to leave our gear in a secured locker on the slopes so no need to bring stuff up and down twice. I'm buying a few cases of good beer both for patrol and for the groomers. If you don't mind, please throw a few bucks my way if you can to thank them for the great services they are providing us FOR FREE. :) See you guys soon!!
  22. Hey all, A buddy of mine is looking for a good pair of strap bindings (or good Flows). C60s, P1HDs, Nidecker 800s/900s, Catek Freerides, or something along those lines. Probably size L or M/L (boot size 27 or 9.5). Whatcha got? :)
