  6. Well not really. It is a volkl afterall. Selling lightly used Volkl Conquer II freestyle board. A true twintip. Inserts are centered,no set back. We bought this for my Dad when he was 66. We could not figure out if he rode regular or goofy so we got him a freestyle board. He rode it on the bunny hill a few times. I rode it a few times when I was between boards. After he mangled his shoulder at work he is sticking to skis. It does carve pretty well actually but is a little small for svelte 200lbs. Excellent condition. Kept it waxed year round. $50 sndickinson at gmail dot com cheers, Spencer
  7. CL in NH has a ton of nice boots pretty cheap. Bet Boston CL does too.
  8. Thanks Rob. We are headed back into ski and skate sale season here in NH so i won't be surprised if I see it again. I'll probably pick it up, if I get a chance, to use for hard boot splitboarding. Welcome to the forum and thx again.
  9. Saw and fondled a Rossi Overdrive 163 at the local ski and skate sale. Vaguely Dupraz shaped. Construction looked impressive. Looked like alpine downhill race ski construction. I owned a Rossi Rocket and the OD was way more built. No inserts so I wonder about the vintage. There was a pair of scary looking emory bindings on it. Lots of primary colors on the binding parts. Looked like it had a piece to bolt to the board then the binder screwed into that. Maybe it was just a homemade riser. Anyone have info or ridden the Rossi?
  10. My similar query from last spring http://www.bomberonline.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=25515&highlight=mashed
  11. Hi All, Found a Prior (non-Alpine) in a consignment shop that has a mid 90's feel to it. I'm considering making a splitboard out of it. Were the prior boards well built back then. thanks.
  12. Okay, wasn't going to do this anymore but... http://nh.craigslist.org/spo/1438216133.html not my sale btw. Just too pretty to not have on the hill.
  13. This post is more of a PSA. I'm not gonna get one but I remember talking to a guy who said he rode the O'Sin version on everything but boilerplate. Seemed hard to beleive but apparently it can be done.
  14. Hi All, Mothership/Rogers ski shop in Lincoln, NH has a new Dynastar 4807 for sale. Is it true they go pretty well on the groomers too? Ta, Spencer
