Nope, i did not, mainly due lack of suitable lengths for my preference. According my understanding these should be good candiadates for all-a-rounders like 4wd etc. I really see that they really need also longer ones. But yes on this side long boards are concidered boards over 180, many folks were wondering my old FC 185, how one can ride such long stick :) But it comes also that slopes can be quite crowded and it is not so common having garage full of bords with different lengths :D

Speedcross was available aready last season, now they have just new graphics. Quite interesting board anyway, but i was hoping something longer too.

Yeh, you dont need computer here, these small cams on board can be easily connected to cameras with normal video cable, as seen on video clip made in Extreme Carving session @ Zinal. I did also some runs with camera mounted to helmet but it was not as good(=effective) that way in groomed slopes. You can see my setup in http://pokkis.ojankaivajat.org then Carving pictures and then Camera section. Currently there is small clip of that available as part of trailer for our new carving dvd :D "The Carver strikes back" in http://stoked.at. There go to Multimedia and look for Ojankaivajat.org section in middle of great list of all available carving clips. File format is wmv-format :D

Problem with AM or 4x4 is that all of them have quite shorties side cut, so any of them can be compared to Swoard on that sense. Hope that in one day they are also available wit 13+ side cut.

What i saw it was just fake, or then it was built inside to the board. But that nose wood looks nice if one likes wood on board, me personally liked old yellow color much more. Otherwise board felt pretty much as this years model. I was too eager to ride my new Sims so i skipped testing RS board :), this was in HBU 2004 session organized by Alpinepunk, they had several next years model there for test run.

Tell her that you need them both, 158 and 170. If she says no, be nice guy and accept that and settle for only one :D

Hard or soft, if you have both, depending your preference. Angles so that there is no or very minmal over hang. Atleast F2 Eliminator works pretty well with either setup.

You could also check BlueTomato Oxygen 168, 19.5 cm width ans 13 meter radius, price only 299 euros now. Board allows quite mild angles and has pretty good radius for carving

Higher numbers required :D Mine are normally lasting 2+ years ie nowadays 100-150 riding days

Ski Apache has several nice runs for serious carving but still my favorite was SantaFe :) specially Muerte :D is great slope as many others too, i still miss place and will visit place when next time on that side of Atlantic
