Neil Gendzwill
Sounds good, was wondering what to do with the spare $250M I had kicking around. “Gigantic yacht or over-priced ski resort I have no clue how to run?” I said to myself.

I wonder if you could pick up a couple more resorts while you're at it. I mean, why stop at 1?

You owe it to yourself Neil. Think of how many additional days on the snow you'll get!
powdahbonz
If Jay were hour and half for me, I'd consider that my go-to home mountain. I day trip to Sugarloaf and 300+ round trip, River and Wildcat is 2hrs. Jay is worthy of the 3-4 day weekend trip. less than that, cant justify. Take a look at what Jay and Smuggs have received in the lull we have had in the past 2-3 weeks.
soybomb
You should buy Jay and Saddleback and create the "Pain in the Ass Pass" to compete with Epic and Ikon.
