lowrider
Sliding up to the lift line i was confronted by a rather young female ski patroller who informed me that i would need to sign a waiver before i was allowed to ride the lift and cruise the slopes. ( I was riding my Coiler Skwal ) @ Whitewater BC. My response to her as i placed my hand on her shoulder was " Thats ok ! we won't worry about it right now " and i slid away to the que. I was expecting to be tackled and handcuffed at that point but nothing more was said. This was a well known powder hound resort but i was still somewhat amazed at how ill informed the people in such a snow blessed place and are so uneducated in the many ways of riding. Lifties on the other hand are excited to see you show up on anything that can get you down a hill and engage in conversation quickly to learn as much about it as they can. lowrider
So as not to be easily detected as a Trump detractor i will now post what i had originally wanted to post. Since introducing a retroactive tax on Canadian lumber i was wondering if The Donald knows there is Canadian wood in Canadian built snowboards and will the tax apply to them as well ? Currently the proposed tax is only on softwood.
philw
Be reasonable, he probably doesn't realise Canada is a separate country. And his followers are apparently unlikely to be bothered too much by facts: they're a liberal elite construct, apparently.
Corey
As much as the world is focused on the changes in the US right now, let's keep this light. See rule 3:
