barryj
We got new snow here at Squaw and Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows should stay open way into May now! No sure how Mammoth is planing to stay open -
Eric Brammer aka PSR
Sugarbush still has 10 groomed trails, two with moguls, and a 30" base. They'll be open into May, but at $75/day, I did the math and didn't like paying them as much as I earn an hour for the privilege to use their lifts.... nekdut
Mammoth got 5-6 inches of fresh last night, so it's still going through at least Memorial Day this year, if not longer.
JRAZZ
Loveland, Mary Jane (Winter Park), and A-Basin all still good. A-Basin to stay open until June something.

jatkinson
Whistler still has a base of about 6' and is supposed to be open until March 30. I just cracked 100,000m vertical for the season and am hopeful for a few more days on the snow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ladia
OK guys, Saturday morning on Stump Alley chair. Yellow pants, see you there.
barryj
Ladia, I only get up to Mammoth once or twice each year, so don't remember if I've been over in Stump Alley area. Are the directions to that parking pretty obvious from downtown?
slopestar
Drive to main. Stop at the first lot you see with an operating chairlift. If you are at main lodge, you went too far Edited May 6, 2016 by slopestar
barryj
Thanks Slopestar - Yea...that sounds familar .....but I'll have to go to the Main lodge anyway to the ticket window to get a day pass first anyway...then I'll drive back to Stump Alley Thanks Slopestar
barryj
Hey Ladia It was great riding with ya Sat. morning.......even in the whiteout! To bad everything from mid mountain up was all socked in ....but even with the limited terrain from mid Mtn. down I got some mini EC turns with both hands down on the snow............which was pretty good having not been out in three weeks and I was riding with a broken arch strap on my Track 700 rear boot!..........my legs were shot by noon but I think a good day over all! How was Sunday for ya? I'll be up next weekend Sat. and Sun - weather dependant. I got a room booked if anybody needs a floor to crash.
