Jack M
Been a while since I've seen one, thinking about taking my 8yo son. Are they dropping f-bombs in WM movies these days?
BlueB
Probably not more then 8 year olds do, while at school ;)
GeoffV
Jack I've been going to them since 02 I think. I'd rate it for language at G. If you haven't seen WM in a while you'll love it, they film in HD now. It's a great way to get pumped for the season. Your son will love it and it should be safe from him. lowrider
Your son will go to a movie with you? Haven't you scarred him enough, his father already rides a snowboard in hardboots!!!!!;)
Neil Gendzwill
Been a while since I've seen one, thinking about taking my 8yo son. Should be OK unless he's scared by comedic violence. Guaranteed to be some chairlift shenanigans!
Allee
I wish that was the case. I used to love the old WM movies for the comic relief sections ... now they're all big lines in Alaska, with a "short segment for the token girl". The camera work is wonderful, but the soul's gone out of them. I gave up going to WM and started going to Freshtival instead 3 years ago. TGR and Matchstick are just as good technically, and their films have way more of that fun element. Some of the shorter support reels are gems. Plus, it's a different crowd (read : younger and rowdier), which makes for a good night out.
Jack M
Allee, if you haven't seen WM's "Ski Time", put it at the top of your list. A decidedly NOT timeless classic.
