Spiny Norman
Okay, wasn't going to do this anymore but... http://nh.craigslist.org/spo/1438216133.html not my sale btw. Just too pretty to not have on the hill.
BlueB
Damn, he wouldn't split the package... I wanted one of those Arbors for my woody collection!
inkaholic
Heck, at that price BlueB pick it up and sell the bindings to someone coming in to the sport to make back a little bit of your money. Ink
BlueB
Yeah, I was thinking of that... But something else might be in the works already - fellow Bomberites are creative people :)
lonbordin
He won't ship it... :(
SEJ
How that thing stayed alive with TDs on it is beyond me. One hell of a mismatch. Saw a new 172 Arbor with TD3s last year. Looked like a bomb went off inside the middle of it. Three days on the snow.

inkaholic
Have a local purchase it then ship to you. Maybe for some Bud Lime Lights someone from T32 could step up and handle the transaction. If it's really wanted that is. Ink
engageant
Well, figured I'd at least stop by and introduce myself. I'm the seller - lonbordin contacted me via email and alerted me to this thread. I wish this forum existed when I bought the setup. Lots of good info! Hell, after reading some of the FAQ material, I found that I had been running my cant plates wrong all along! I am curious as to why TDs and this board were a mismatch though. inkaholic
Cores on those boards weren't the strongest and TD1's design put a lot of pressure right around the inserts. This added pressure often aided in cores not withstanding the rigors of hard carving. A binding with a wider footprint would be a better choice on that deck. SEJ
Ink's got it right, nothing bad about Arbors, just not built to take the load hard boots can put on a board. I think you could destroy just about any soft boot board with plate bindings. They're just not built for it. That 172 I saw last year would make you cry. BEAUTIFUL board, so blown up you couldn't even make a table out of it.
gray_on_tray
granted it's a different build than the A55....but a good heads-up so I don't put them on my A70. My son runs burton plates on his D58 Woodie with good results and I've heard of a number of folks running plates on the S-Series. Arbors are great boards... Pow
that arbor's a softie, needs some burton/ibex binders.
gray_on_tray
that's exactly what it's got...

Granted all Burton but never had a problem with race plates on them. FWIW.
