Growing old is mandatory growing up is optional.

ITs also highly overated. you will look back some day and wonder why you raced through your childhood yearning for that magical day that you could be an adult. welcome to life its all bills and drudgery unless you can get out and just screw off occasionally!:D

The human brain does not reach full maturity until the approximate age of 26. That age is not a put in stone, age, but most individuals will reach mental maturity between the ages of 25 and 27. I am 38 and still like to many imature activities.

I guess that this kinda explains why quite many artists have died at that age. Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Kobain, Jim Morrison, Brian Jones, Gary Thain.

Thank god I passed this age without problems. Now something like another 20 years and then I can start to enjoy second childhood :)
