www.oldsnowboards.com
Perhaps providing a few BOL members with this plate system would be a good way to spread the vibe or lack there of ? I am sure folks here would love to give them a go this winter. Are they currently available at any retailers here in the US? BOL?
bobdea
I've got a stable of metal boards I could test them on!
Buell
Me too, me too! :D I actually have oredered one already through Hardbooter, but as far as I understand, neither Bomber (the F2 US distributer), nor Hardbooter knows for sure if they will get any to sell this year. spil
Bola at All Boards Sports had a prototype model (exactly the same except with out the f2 logo), but I do not know if he will be selling them, because he does not sell any F2 boards. guido591
I purchased two from Bola, which I suspect are the prototype models that you speak of. I suspect that I could be per$uaded to part with one set.
ursle
guido good news, can we see picts, how wide are they, more than 14mm? so they mount in the outer holes, sort of defines how wide your stance is I bet. If you would possibly part with a set I would gladly suffer the testing methods involved
Bordy
Bomber and Hardbooter will stock them. We just do not know when the shipment is arriving. (like every year with F2)
bobdea
how much do they cost?
Hans
how much do they cost? About euro 360 so about usd 450 at the current rate. F2 S-flex
Mike T
About euro 360 so about usd 450 at the current rate.F2 S-flex I think I'll be using the TD2 suspension kit instead!
Guest naj
I think it's probably cheaper since in Japan, things are much expensive that they are sold in the west.
bobdea
yeah, I can see 450 for a hangl but this thing is plastic and there is allot less going on. any more than the price of a decent softboot binding seems excessive since these have less parts and probably don't cost all that much to manufacture. bobdea
wow, I saw matte black and thought plastic I just got told good! I feel allot better about these now.

pokkis
I've been carving in Norway since early 90's cause i love that place. Great slopes and great off piste, as per films. I'm from Finland btw Will give feedback also, specially i like to compare them to Bomber kits. But give me time for that caus eit is really not season here and i need to really run on both to give real feedback.
