I could do it, but I just am burnt out right now. After this winter, the SES and all Bomber stuff, and my family reunion that has exponentiated to over 100 people.....I'm just done. bobdea Posted April 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 yup, I'd love to kite except I can't afford a kite, board or wetsuit at the moment nor can I orgnize anything like that because I'd not know where to start, willywhit is the one to talk to about that one two days of both of whatever works A couple of the people I asked about this they've both said cheap and as well as that it would be easier if there was a activity that was non-physical that did not require gear and whatnot. so I propose: BBQ and fishing (either fly fishing in the swift river OR in the quabbin reservoir by boat) this way people who don't want to fish could either do something else or just sit around the grill and drink could do camping as well if any of you would like to do a two day thing I have two kayaks and access to a couple more so if some of are down for that, it is certainly possible on the second day or something. Guest Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 What works for you: 5/5-5/6 5/12-5/13 5/18-5/19 5/25-5/26 We can also look at beginning of June (6/2-6/3) First weekend is Cinco de Mayo and second weekend is the BF's bday weekend. I ditched him all winter to snowboard, so I can't bail on him during the celebration weekend. I'm open for either of the last two weekends though. While I don't particularly care to plan something for an event I can't attend, if the overwhelming response is for one of the first two weekends we'll go with it, and you'll just have to go without the life of the party. Sorry it took awhile to get back. Crazy with work, and the HVAC is broken so work ethic is in the sh*tter.
